Iceberg Wedge With tomatoes, crispy bacon and buttermilk ranch or Bleu cheese dressing. ENTRÉES Grilled Top Sirloin Considered the most flavourful steak. Served with a baked potato and vegetable garnish. (8 oz) Supreme Chicken Breast Pan seared and oven roasted breast with drumette. Served with garlic mashed potato, bacon sautéed Brussels sprouts and demi-glace. Oven Baked Salmon Served on Asiago rice and steamed asparagus.
