5 Additional Services Hospitality Room: If you need a room for the Bride and her bridesmaids to get ready in, a Hospitality Room might be the perfect fit! From tables and chairs to long mirrors, bar stools, and power strips this room will be set with all they need to get ready. The room will be available to them at 7am- 5pm the day of the wedding. Cost is $ plus 6%tax and 22% service fee for the room. You are allowed to bring in your own food and non-alcoholic beverage or we do have options available. Hospitality Room Offerings: Bagels, Muffins,Sliced Fruit, and Orange Juice $7.95/person Mimosas 2 Bottles of Champagne and Orange Juice $75 It's a Wrap Chicken Caesar Wrap Turkey BLT Wrap Hummus and Veggie Wrap Chips, Cookies, and Bottled Water $12.95/person ***All Pricing Is Subject To 6% Tax & 22% Service***

6 Additional Services Shuttle Service: Shuttle service can be provided for a (2) hour window via a third party service-- one hour pre and post your reception time for a $ fee plus 6% PA sales tax and 22% service fee. Our Shuttle holds 12 passengers. Shuttle service must be contracted and paid for 30 or more days prior to the event date. After Reception Hotel Bar: Our newly renovated Bistro and outdoor patio with a fire pit are perfect entertaining options. We can also keep the bistro bar open late for you until 2am. It's nice to "keep the party going" at the Courtyard after your reception for a relaxing evening! *Extended bar hours must be requested 30 days or more before event date*

9 Considerations PAYMENT: A credit card is required to guarantee all meeting space, food & beverage, and audio visual equipment. Hotel requires a credit card authorization form on file for meeting charges. Guests wishing to pay by check must remit payment at least 21 days prior to event. CANCELLATION: Cancellation of a contracted event will incur a fee based on schedule below payable within 30 days after cancellation. Hotel agrees that after receiving this payment, it will not seek additional damages. More than 90 days prior to the scheduled date - 25% of estimated food & beverage revenues days prior to event date - 50% of estimated food & beverage revenues days prior to event date - 75% of estimated food & beverage revenues. Less than 30 days to event date - 100% of estimated food & beverage revenues. FOOD AND BEVERAGE: Our policy prohibits food/beverages to be brought into or removed from function. In function areas, outside catering may be approved with proper arrangements and an outside catering fee. Consuming raw, under cooked meats, poultry, shellfish or eggs increase your risk of food borne illness. BANQUET/EVENT GUARANTEE: All menu selections are due no later than twenty one (21) days prior to the event. The final count is due twenty one(21) days prior to the event or the expected number will be used. This number will be your guarantee and will not be subject to reduction. MEETING SPACE: Meeting space is subject to availability. The Hotel reserves the right to change assigned room location specified in your contract should your attendance change, or as deemed necessary by the hotel. TAXES AND SERVICE: Pennsylvania Sales Tax - 6%, Service Charge - 22% *Prices subject to change
