7 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 1) HOW DO I REQUEST A RESERVATION? All Private Dining requests are based on availability. Please contact Danny Sanchez to inquire about making a Private Dining reservation. Danny Sanchez can be reached at or by at chandlergroups@kegrestaurants.com and will be in contact with you within 48 hours. 2) HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY EVENT IS CONFIRMED? After inquiring with a store manager about a group dining reservation, you will be contacted to confirm the details of your reservation. Once these details are confirmed and your reservation is in our system, you will be notified by a store manager and/or through Open Table. 3) WHAT IS YOUR PRIVATE DINING CANCELLATION POLICY? Reservations must be cancelled by only. Phone cancellations and answering machine messages are not acceptable. If the reservation is cancelled 48 hours prior to your reservation date, no charges apply. If the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the reservation date, or in the event of a no-show, a fee equivalent to the Food and Beverage minimum will be charged due to loss of business for that evening by The Keg. Parties arriving more than 30 minutes late must contact Keg management. 4) WHAT ARE YOUR SEATING ACCOMMODATIONS? The maximum occupancy for our Private Dining room is 35 guests without the use of AV equipment. For any guest bringing in AV equipment, the Private Dining room will comfortably seat 30 guests to allow room for the equipment and acceptable viewing angles. Guest occupancy may differ based on the requested room layout. 5) DO WE ALL NEED TO ARRIVE ON TIME? We encourage each member of your party to arrive on time, but we understand that situations will arise that cause some people to be late. If there are members of your party who are more than 15 minutes late, we ask that you inform our staff and have all members that are present proceed with their orders. Please be aware that seating for your party may need to be rearranged if a significant number of guests are late or are unable to attend. 6) IS THERE A MINIMUM I MUST SPEND? The Private Dining Room is reserved with a minimum purchase of $1,000 of Food and Beverage (Sun-Thurs) and $1,500 of Food and Beverage (Fri-Sat). This does not include Taxes or Gratuity. Private Dining minimum spends are subject to change in the month of December based on availability. 7) DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT WHEN BOOKING? Certain Keg locations may require a deposit for group dining depending on the size of the group, time of year and seating availability. When a deposit is required, a Keg manager will make arrangements with you prior to the reservation date. 8) IS A SERVICE CHARGE APPLIED TO THE FINAL BILL? The Keg does not apply a Service Charge to guest checks. However, we suggest that you discuss a recommended gratuity amount with a Keg manager along with other details prior to the date of the event. This will help to avoid any confusion with deposits, separate payment methods and other event details at the time of billing. 9) WHAT ARE YOUR AV/PROJECTION CAPABILITES? Our store is equipped with a 75 inch Smart TV. The television is complimentary to use but you must provide your own HDMI cable that is compatible with your devices. We are not responsible for any devices that are not compatible with our TV. You are more than welcome to bring in your own AV equipment for presentation use. 10) WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR WINE LIST & ALTERNATIVE MENU OPTIONS? Menus vary slightly by location.
