Fillet Steak with gravy & mushrooms 22,95 Fillet steak is cut from the tenderloin, the most tender and most beautiful part of the beef. ATTENTION! With a 3 or 4 course meal there will be a surcharge of 2,50. Wagyu burger 19,95 Culinary burger served on artisan bread with rocket, crispy onionrings, old Dutch cheese & BBQ-sauce. Wagyu originates from imperial cows that are fed and massaged according to Japanese tradition. The Wagyu burger is served with farmers fries. Livar fillet with creamy mushroomsauce 18,75 One of the unique characteristics of Livestock is the special way of life of a Livarpig. They have the privilege to scurry arount in the open air. Spare Ribs 17,50 Two pieces of rib, mildly spicy marinated & tender. Garlic sauce or chili sauce is served separately. Chicken pesto 17,25 Chicken fillet with red pesto, served with roasted cherry tomatoes & curry sauce. This free range chicken is of a special, more robust breed and gets more living space and more grain than the ordinary chicken. This makes the taste firmer and fuller.
