With over 20 years of heritage and ideally situated amidst bountiful agricultural resources, we aim to capture the essence of Unionville and support local fresh grown products. Donna Tobias under the guidance and direction of our Executive Sous Chefs (Scott Murduff and Kenneth Seow) and of course our Executive Chef William Huang will be showcasing some of our 2011 spring/ summer menu items which will feature a rendition of multicultural flavours reflective of our community along with seasonal ingredients. Our approach is to deliver artistic cuisine with great depth of flavours. While we are proud to embrace innovative culinary techniques, we never lose track of traditional favourites as we commit to deliver not only a meal but an experience to our guests.
