Careful baking using separate utensils, washing tools, thorough cleaning and separate baking and preparation hours can help prevent cross contamination in our gluten free cakes. Gluten Free Cakes To replace wheat flour in our baking, we use our own formulated GF mixture consisting Potatoes, Tapioca Flour, Rice Flour and Buckwheat. Other ingredients are also scrutinize to ensure only gluten free ingredients are used.

Custom Design Cakes us your preference together with number of guest, preferred flavour, for when and dietary requirements (if any). All custom designed cakes use sugar ingredients as decoration.

29 Back to Content Page Serving Size Note: All our cakes are to be consume in moderation and diabetics should only consume 1 (one) serving size (80g) per day. Our cake flavours vary in weight thus, we do not measure them in weight. Instead, we sell them based on the diameter of the cake in inches e.g. 5.5 inch round, 7 inch round and 8 inch round etc. To make it easy for your cake size selection, we have created a visual guide just for you. This guide will allow you to make better decision in serving size according to the number of guest you have. If you have a ruler with you, measuring the size will give you a better visual on cake sizes.
