The school has decided to start boarding facility for girls (only from grade 5 upwards) from the coming session i.e About the Hostel The hostel is located in the school premises. Accommodation: Mess: Comfortably furnished rooms in triple sharing. There will be a constant supervision and monitoring by the trained staff on the students activity with emphasis on safety of the student. Clean, hygienic & well maintained mess where nutritious meals specially worked out by a trained dietician will be available. Clean modern kitchen supervised constantly to maintain the highest hygienic standards. The school dining hall has a provision for dining strength for 200 girls where breakfast, lunch, evening tea and dinner will be served. Faculty members will dine with the students and supervise their eating habits, table manners & etiquettes. Health & Medical Care: Academics: Well equipped infirmary for girls with a full time nurse and doctor on call. There will be supervised study hours to maintain excellent academic standards. All students will belong to a small tutor group led by a faculty who will be responsible for the welfare and academic progress.

Imprest Money: Rs. 5000/- Bills pertaining to School Stores, Sundry/Travel/Miscellaneous Expenses, Hospital Expenses, Books/Stationary/Uniform expenses will be raised and sent separately. Late fee of Rs. 50/- per day (inclusive of holidays) will be charged thereafter. No deduction will be given for days of absence. No fee paid will be refunded except the refundable caution deposit which will be refunded when the pupil leaves the Hostel. One month notice in writing is required for return of Caution Deposit. The original receipt has to be surrendered with the application for refund. The refund cheque will be issued in the same name as mentioned in the receipt. Discontinuance from Hostel will be effective only from the beginning of a calendar month, with one month s prior written notice. Sports & Activities: For a healthy body and to inculcate the competitive sporting spirit there will be a wide array of games and hobby classes. Once in a while on holidays the students will be taken on guided tours to places of interest. The common room will have a T.V. with cable connection, mini library and various indoor games such as Carrom Board, Table Tennis, Chess etc.

4 General Rules: All students must reach the school or leave it on the prescribed dates either with the school batch or individually accompanied by parents/guardians. All residential students should have the prescribed clothing and books. Any pocket money given to the students should be given to the students as per school rules and account for it. Leaving the hostel without prior permission is strictly prohibited and anyone doing so will be dealt with strictly. Parents/guardians (only female members) can visit their wards only with prior permission. Bringing items and clothing not prescribed to the hostel is strictly prohibited and all such items will be confiscated. Local guardians, if any, or visiting parents are not allowed to visit the child more that twice a month only on certain Sundays or school holidays and that too subject to the Principal s discretion. During term time, students are allowed out only for the weddings of blood brothers or sisters. Cousins even in joint families do not qualify. For such occasions the child is allowed to spend two nights at home plus travel time provided the school gets advance notice and clear-cut travel plans. Visits home for any kind of emergencies in the family will be permitted at the discretion of the Principal. The school does not believe in corporal punishment.
