Eats by Blake is the culmination of the many culinary experiments of Head Chef Jesse Blake. Western Australia is home to over 12,000 species of wildflowers, many of them unique to the state. 9 SUN MAR 25 Petition Beer Corner 237KM TO POINT ZERO The Petition Beer Corner team and Head Chef Jesse Blake join forces with Rocky Ridge Brewing Co s Hamish Coates for a three-course Beergustation lunch. Rocky Ridge Brewing creates beers that they like to drink, using farm grown ingredients. Everything they put in their beer; be it malt, hops, yeast or water has been hand grown, harvested, dried, kilned, malted, filtered and brewed on site by the Rocky Ridge family in the South-West. Hamish and the team will bring the beer knowledge for an informative afternoon while you enjoy a delicious share-style lunch paired with a selection of some of Western Australia s favourite new beers.
