How ever, revenue protection is still considered to be available and the projected and harvest prices w ill be established by FCIC in accordance w ith the Commodity Exchange Provisions. The result of this action w ill allow the producer to insure both canola and rapeseed under revenue protection. With both canola and rapeseed insured under revenue protection the producer can qualify for a w hole-farm unit. How ever, rapeseed w ill not have the benefit of the harvest price moving independent of the projected price as it may for canola. prices for fall and spring types of rapeseed are determined by RMA and released prior to sales closing dates. price for the applicable type is set equal to the projected price. ~~Certified Corn (Grain) or Soybeans - For acreage insured as certified organic, the and w ill equal the respective and as defined w ithin the Commodity Exchange Provisions (CEPP) multiplied by a f actor determined by RMA and published on $Grapes Optional Use of Contract // In addition to the maximum established price offered in the actuarial documents, producers may use the contracted price to determine the producer s amount of MPCI coverage. This contract based price election w ill be determined using the producer s actual contract price. Eligibility requirements and further details are contained in the Special Provisions of Insurance. ^Grape Counties in Eastern Oregon include Hood River, Morrow, Umatilla and Wasco ^^Malting Barley: Winter type Option A default price is $0.85. Spring type Option A default price is $0.85 for AK, OR, &WA; $1.25 for ID.
