2 REDS WINES SPAIN Bottle 1 / Marques de Riscal Reserva 2012 / Rioja Cherry-red in colour, this well-made Rioja has spicy, balsamic aromas of great complexity, backed up by ripe dark berry notes and lightly toasted oak. On the palate it is full and tasty, with good structure and rounded, elegant tannins. The finish is long and fresh. 2 / Marques de Murrieta Reserva 2012 / Rioja A blend of 93% Tempranillo 4% Mazuelo 2% Graciano 1% Garnacha with 21 months in American oak barrels. Soft, elegant, classic & great Rioja. 3 / Bordon Crianza 2011/13 / Rioja Soft aromas of toasted oak and vanilla. Structured and smooth it showcases a savoury maturity and elegant tannins. Good balance between fruits and spice in its long and elegant finish. 4 / Conde De Los Andes Gran Reserva 1999 / Rioja Rusty and light in color, this has earth, compost and root notes, with dry leather aromas. It feels good, with an easy, mature flow and light flavors of dried fruit, spice, pepper and vanilla. Lengthy, it features tobacco and toast flavours on the finish. 5 / Monte Real Reserva 2011/13 / Rioja Complex and old fashioned blend of oak and dry fruit. Classic. 6 / Santiago Reserva 2011 / Rioja A blend of 85% Tempranillo and 15% fruity Garnacha, this velvet-smooth Reserva has a rich fruit palate with lashings of vanilla and toast on the finish. Aged in American oak barriques for one year before spending two years in bottle, this is an old school classic from one of the region s oldest wineries. 7 / Bordon Reserva 2011 / Rioja On the nose it is intense and rich with savoury, spicy tones. On the palate it is fruity, smooth and velvety with a long lingering finish. A classic Rioja. 8 / Bordon Gran Reserva 2007 / Rioja The Bordón Gran Reserva 2007 : a red wine from Rioja produced by Bodegas Franco-Españolas with a blend based on Garnacha, Graciano, Mazuelo and Tempranillo. 9 / Vega Reserva 2011 / Rioja All the softness and attractiveness you would expect in a quality aged Rioja. Dark cherry-red in colour, intense plum fruit on the nose alongside moreish hints of toffee and vanilla. Full and velvety on the palate and well-balanced on the finish. 10 / Pata Negra Gran Reserva 2009 / Valdepenas Round Tempranillo Pata Negra Gran Reserva from Bodegas Los Llanos in Valdepeñas, well-balanced on the palate, silky & elegant tannins, noble wood aromas, long finish. 11 / Viore Tinto de Toro 2015 / Toro % Tinta de Toro, an indigenous variety in Spain, it is commonly known as Tempranillo in other regions. The grapes are from vineyards between 10 and 15 years old, giving the wine youthful and fruity flavours.

3 REDS WINES SPAIN CONTINUED 12 / Torres Atrium Merlot 2014 / Penedes Intense cherry red. Exquisite fruit aroma (blackberry jam) with an unusual and elegant nuance reminiscent of orange peel. Round and full on the palate with very fine fragrant tannins. Great length. 13 / Pesquera Crianza 2014 / Riberal del Duero % estate-grown Tempranillo from the Pesquera vineyards in Ribera del Duero, aged 18 months in oak. A wonderful, ripe, silky red. 14 / Conda De Haza Crianza 2011 / Riberal del Duero Deep purple red with violet hues. Aromas of fruits and flowers: roses, violets, blackberry and licorice. Smooth and velvety, with hints of dark fruit jam and a sweet body. REDS WINES PORTUGAL 15 / Pegoes 2015 / Setubal Ruby color. Intense aroma of red fruit, evolving into dried fruit, chocolate, spices and coffee. Soft in the mouth with very good tannins and structure. 16 / Duas Quintas 2015 / Douro Take one world famous Port house (Ramos Pinto) and one incredibly prestigious Champagne producer (Louis Roederer). Add two very different vineyards in the Douro Valley, one hot, one cool. Stir in an even mix of Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz (Tempranillo) and simmer gently in the Portuguese sunshine. Pour into oak barrels for 12 months and then you have Duas Quintas! 17 / Duas Quintas Reserva 2013 / Douro As above - but longer in oak, giving the wine tobacco aromas leading to a fuller bodied and more velvety result. 18 / Euphoria Tinto 2014 / Algarve A blend of Touriga Nacional (45%), Aragonez (45%), and a lesser known grape Sousão (10%) In the glass a dark violet / red color with aromas of ripe black fruit like blackcurrants, blackberries with some nice spicyness from barrique aging. On the palate nicely balanced with good structure, solid and fresh, with great length and vividly sophisticated tannins. 19 / Esporao Reserva 2014 / Alentejo Deeply coloured red wine with attractive mature fruit aromas. The palate is complex, combining a purity of red berry fruit with leather, tobacco and a savoury hint. Tannins are solid and round, the oak discrete - confirming smart winemaking. Compact, elegant, dense and creamy, this is an interesting and enjoyable reserve-level wine.

4 REDS WINES FROM THE REST OF EUROPE 20 / Paolo Leo Passitivo Primitivo (Organic) 2015 / Salento, Italy The sweetness of fruit in this wine is impressive and would be great served alongside any rich red meat dish. 21 / Chateau Jean Voisin Grand Cru 2012 / Saint Emilion, Bordeaux, France If there is one Bordeaux appellation where terroir truly matters, it is here. A family-run wine business in its 4th generation, they show a real commitment and passion for wine making. Made using a blend of traditional and modern wine techniques, this elegant wine offers intense aromas of blackberry and roasted plums with a long oak finish. 22 / B Gamay Brouilly 2014 / Beaujolais, France Domaine de Briante, near Brouilly, produces a serious small yield Beaujolais, with plenty of ripe, soft and juicy red berry layers, vibrant acidity and plenty of gentle tannins to add depth and structure. 23 / Domaine De La Denante Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2016 / Burgundy, France Perfumed, meaty and full of life, great matched with Pork and Chicken dishes. 24 / Gevrey Chambertin Bouchard 2015 / Burgundy, France Intense, perfumed bouquet with fruit aromas and an animal touch. Nice structure and lovely fleshiness. Good ageing potential. 25 / Chateauneuf Du Pape Les Galets 2015 / Rhone Valley, France A lighter style of Châteauneuf with ripe fruit and herby spicy brambly notes and a soft round palate with plummy fruit flavours.

5 REDS WINES FROM THE 'NEW WORLD' 26 / Wente Beyer Ranch Zinfandel 2013 / USA This classic Californian Zinfandel has tantalising aromas of blackberry black cherry and vanilla from thirteen months spent ageing in oak barriques. With sugar-coated tannins and rich mouth-filling dark fruit flavours this luscious wine has the trademark long deep finish of all well-made Zinfandels. 27 / Santa Digna Carmenere Reserva 2017 / Chile Cherry-red with aromas of mulberries blackcurrants and eucalyptus with a sublime hint of mandarin orange. Elegant and rich on the palate with sweet tannins and nuances of leather and spice; the spicy finish is velvet smooth from time spent ageing in French oak. Fair Trade. 28 / Anthony Reserve Hackett Shiraz 2014 / Australia The McLaren Valley Shiraz grapes give this wine its distinctive flavours of ripe plum blackcurrant and cherry while the toasty oak finish helps soften the impressive structure. Silky rather than robust it is ideal with rich red meats including venison or lamb dishes 29 / Lake Chalice Pinot Noir 2015 / New Zealand Classic aromas of cherry and plum with hints of redcurrant and savoury undertones of spicy oak. Medium-bodied with a soft full palate well-balanced acidity supple tannins and flavours that linger. Black cherry dominates the palate supported by fine grained oak tannins and nuances of redcurrant and forest floor. Enjoy with prime Cumbrian lamb duck or salmon. 30 / Bon Courage Pinotage 2014 / South Africa This sumptuous South African red exhibits rich mulberry and roasted plum flavours with a velvety flow across the palate finely balanced by well-integrated oak. Sweet-fruited well-rounded tannins build to a long sustained finish. Great with all red meat dishes. 31 / Gouguenheim Estate Malbec 2017 / Argentina Situated in the Andean foothills this attractive Gouguenheim Malbec benefits from near-perfect ripening conditions. Black cherry and mulberry flavours stand out on the palate with liquorice and spice adding a touch of sophistication. Perfect with hearty red meat dishes. 32 / Crios Susana Balbo Malbec 2016 / Argentina Dark silky concentrated inky and moreish with bright lively structure and delicious fresh fruit flavours; everything you want from mid price Malbec really. 100% of the fruit is now Uco Valley sourced making for a wine that represents an affordable leading light for the industry.

6 WHITE WINES SPAIN 33 / Bordon Blanco 2016 / Rioja Fresh fruity flavours of citrus, green apples and stone fruit, characteristic of the Viura variety. Dry, zesty and easy to drink, it has a nice crisp acidity. 34 / Royal Blanco 2016 / Rioja Matured in American oak casks for 6 months. It is elegant on the nose with Tempranillo fruity flavours and very soft wood and spicy tones. 35 / Monepole Cune Barrel Fermented 2016 / Rioja The balanced fruit and acidity of the Viura grape perfectly compliments the concentrated American oak vanilla and spiciness. Lemon-fresh on the nose with a complex creamy palate of buttered toast and lemon curd. Produced by CVNE. 36 / Azumbre 2016 / Rueda Clean and fresh on the nose, with mineral notes. Grassy and herbal with a hint of fennel coming through. 37 / Pazo De Barrentes Albarino 2016 / Galicia Citrus, fruity and floral fragrances of grapefruits, pears and white flowers. On the palate it reveals its elegant personality, freshness and varietal character with a pleasant and well-defined texture. 38 / Lagar de Cervera Albarino 2017 / Galicia An award winning zingy, refreshing, flinty, dry white wine with apricot and tropical mango and pineapple notes. Easy drinking and pairs well with appetisers, fish, poultry and soft cheeses. WHITE WINES PORTUGAL 39 / Pe Esporao Branco 2016 / Alentejo From Esporão, Portugal s cutting edge modern organic winery, handcrafted by an iconic Australian winemaker. 40 / Esporao Reserva Branco 2016 / Alentejo Golden straw colour with green tones the nose is rich and complex with fruity notes of peach tangerine and subtle barrel toast. Creamy with a well-balanced palate there is good depth of ripe fruit with elegance and minerality. The finish is long and fresh. 41 / Luis Pato Maria Gomes Branco 2016 / Bairrada Fernao Pires (also known as Maria Gomes) is an aromatic white grape variety grown extensively throughout the region. Delicately dry white with zest of lemon, lime and orange with a hint of spice. 42 / Quinta Da Raza 2017 / Vinho Verde A classic blend from the Vina Verde region combining Arinto, Azul & Trajadura. Smooth and fresh wine with a delicate and fruity aroma, young and balanced. Louis Moreau has been making excellent stylish food friendly and polished Chablis since 1814 winning major awards with his hallmark flinty fresh balanced wines which only the Chardonnay vineyards of Northern Burgundy can deliver every year. Some of Louis extensive plantings are now converting to organic viticulture. 45 / Chablis 1er Cru Vaulignot 2015 / Burgundy, France More complexitiy here with layers of exuberant minerality. Louis Moreau has been making excellent stylish food friendly and polished Chablis since 1814 winning major awards with his hallmark flinty fresh balanced wines which only the Chardonnay vineyards of Northern Burgundy can deliver every year. Some of Louis extensive plantings are now converting to organic viticulture. 46 / Puligny Montrachet Albert Bichot 2016 / Burgundy, France From one of the most famous vineyard areas in the world this Puligny-Montra chet is a classic Burgundy Chardonnay. Beginning with aromas of almond and hawthorn blossom the palate is round and well-structured with flavours of apricot and crystallised fruit climaxing in a long fresh finish. Perfection in a glass. 47 / Le Grand Noir Viognier 2017 / Minervois, Languedoc Roussillon, France Viogniers are often over-oaked. We wanted our wine to display the floral exotic of this grape and it was crucial that it would be a great accompaniment to food. So we added 15% Chardonnay grapes to the blend giving the wine extra freshness and to go with its delightful mango and apricot flavours. The wine saw no oak. A truly classy example of this variety. 48 / Pouilly Fume Jean Pabiot et Fils 2017 / Loire Valley, France A distinctive nose with aromas of white fruits citrus and classic gun flint. An open expressive palate shows seductive freshness great acidity and true balance; this is a dashing aromatic Sauvignon Blanc. 49 / Sancerre Domaine Daulny 2016 / Loire Valley, France This classic Sancerre shows just how great French Sauvignon Blanc can be. The nose is rich with cut grass and blackcurrant leaf while the palate is taut and complex with flavours of candied lemon notes and racy minerality. 50 / St Remy Gewurztraminer (Biodynamic) 2016 / Alsace, France Made with hand-harvested grapes from old vines this medium-dry biodynamic wine is everything you could hope for in a Gewürztraminer and more. Vibrant and honeyed with hints of white peach and candied grapefruit it is the perfect match with lightly spiced or Asian-style cuisine. 51 / Moselland Kabinett Riesling 2016 / Mosel, Germany A floral delicate Kabinett with apple and stone fruit flavours and refreshing well-balanced acidity. Made by the super-efficient co-operative at Bernkastel this is a great-value wine.

8 WHITE WINES FROM 'THE NEW WORLD' 52 / Simon Hackett Brightview Chardonnay 2015 / Australia With a nose bursting with peach and vanilla pod aromas this old school Australian Chardonnay has a rich full palate. Partial malolactic fermentation and time on lees has added buttery overtones and a soft creamy texture to the wine. Everything is balanced by refreshing acidity while the finish is long and seamlessly oaky. 53 / Mitchell Growers Watervale Riesling 2014 / Australia Intense aromatic Riesling fruit flavours are the hallmarks of this wine. It has a fine dry palate with a crisp acidity and a long crisp fruit finish. These wines drink freshly and lively when released young but can develop beautifully for decades. The fresh fruit flavours transform into the rich toasty characters for which aged Riesling from this area is renowned. This wine is consistently one of the Clare Valley's best. Perfect with free-range pork or smoked fish. 54 / Domain Road Sauvignon Blanc 2016 / New Zealand The grapes were hand harvested in two portions with one being fermented in French Oak Barriques to add complexity and the other in stainless steel tanks. Once blended a touch of residual sugar was retained to balance the natural acidity of the wine. Complex aromas of passion fruit stone fruit and gooseberry dominate with hints of blackcurrant. Intense flavours of gooseberry and passion fruit combine with good weight on the mid-palate and an attractive minerality on the finish. 55 / Good Hope Chenin Blanc 2016 / South Africa Classic New World Chenin Blanc showing rich and creamy flavours of peach and exotic fruits with a super long finish. This is South African wine at its best. 56 / Wente Morning Fog Chardonnay 2016 / California, USA From grapes grown in mist-shrouded vin eyards near San Francisco partial barrel fermentation and frequent battonage result in a wonderfully creamy fruit-driven Chardonnay balanced by subtle oak cinnamon and vanilla. ROSE WINES 57 / Angels Flight White Zinfandel 2016 / USA This pretty white Zinfandel is medium-sweet and bursting with succulent scented strawberry watermelon and cherry flavours. With its balance of sweetness and crisp acidity it is perfect as an apéritif or paired with light appetizers. 58 / Rioja Bordon Rosado 2016 / Rioja The nose shows delightful red berry flavours mixed with fresh citrus acidity. It is fresh, tasty and very broad. Very persistent. Slightly off-dry, the finish is rich and fruity. 59 / Santa Digna Cabernet Rose 2017 / Chile From Miguel Torres in Chile this 100% gold medal-winning Cabernet Sauvignon is rich cherry in colour. Perfumed notes of strawberry and plum dominate on the nose with hints of grapefruit. The palate is full-bodied and shows fine acidity with a smooth elegant finish. Fair Trade. NON ALCOHOLIC WINES 60 / Miguel Torres Natureo Syrah (Red) 2016 / Spain / Miguel Torres Natureo Muscat (White) 2016 / Spain A very high quality pair of red & white wines with an alcohol content of 0.0 and exceptional flavour.

9 CHAMPAGNE 62 / Bollinger Special Cuvee N.V This Pinot Noir-dominated Champagne has beautiful aromatic complexity with hints of baked apples and peaches dominating. The palate is a subtle combination of strength length and vivacity with velvety bubbles and a spice and brioche finish. 63 / Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label N.V A blend of up to 50 different crus mainly Grand and Premier go into the blending of Brut Yellow Label. The initial notes of white fruits are followed by toasted brioche and vanilla all held together by a streak of minerality and racy acidity. 64 / Moet et Chandon Dom Perignon Taut and beautifully balanced with tight lemony fruit and heather honey notes this rich and powerful Champagne oozes class. Packed with structure fruit and personality this iconic Champagne is not for the timid. 65 / Pol Roger White Foil N.V Perhaps best known as Winston Churchill's favourite Champagne Pol Roger has an enviable reputation for producing wines of elegance and finesse. Made from equal parts of Chardonnay Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier this Brut Reserve is consistently one of the very best on the market - stylish complex and exciting. 66 / Laurent Perrier Rose N.V Subtle forthright and very fresh on the nose Cuvée Rosé Laurent-Perrier is a lively well-rounded wine which combines structure and freshness with an abundance of red berry fruits. CAVA - SPANISH SPARKLING WINE 67 / Freixenet Cordon Negro Brut N.V Often referred to as the Black Bottle Bubbly Cordon Negro Brut is a crisp clean and well-balanced 'cava' spark ling wine. The fresh palate of apple and citrus flavours combine with an exciting touch of ginger on the finish. 68 / Freixenet Rosado Brut N.V Freixenet Cordon Negro derives its superior quality and elegant sparkle from the long period of maturation and the Traditional Method of second fermentation in the bottle. 69 / Freixenet Semi Seco N.V Medium dry in style, Cordon Oro Semi Seco is a delightfully refreshing traditional method Cava made from the three classic Cava grape varieties Xarel.lo, Macabeo and Parellada. 10 HALF BOTTLE SELECTION REDS 73 / Vina Real Crianza 2011 / Rioja, Spain Located at an altitude of between 700 and 900m in Uclés Northern Castile the growing conditions are ideal for producing wines of great purity freshness and varietal expressiveness. Pale yellow in colour this is an intensely aromatic slightly pétillant wine with aromas of Muscat grapes and orange blossom. The palate is light-bodied and fresh with a crisp acidity that makes it the ideal with seafood or to drink as an apéritif. 74 / Fleurie Albert Bichot 2016 / Beaujolais, France The nose is floral and fruity with a light note of nutmeg and discreet mine rality. The mouth is full and fleshy with lovely raspberry fruit and great balance. The finish is long and full-flavoured with a pleasing echo of the initial fruit aromas. 75 / Cote de Beaune Villages 2016 / Burgundy, France With aromas of strawberry toasted oak and redcurrant this wine has a very pleasant roundness fine tannins and a good structure.
