It is our pleasure to serve you an original French breakfast with fresh products and homemade specialties. DISCOVER THE RIQUET S TERRACES Besides the Baron Jougla Paraza, and the Count Forton, the engineer Paul Riquet was also a frequent visitor during the construction of the Canal. To thank his hosts for six years of hospitality, Paul Riquet built seven terraces that cascade down to the Canal du Midi and give a glimpse of an ancient French garden with marble fountains and boxwood. THE SWIMMING-POOL In the shelter of the cloister surrounded by marble pink columns from Caunes, it is great to take some time to relax alongside the swimming pool, sip a glass of wine and admire the view. A real pleasure for lovers of history, nature and wine. THE CHATEAU DE PARAZA REPRESENTS THE GUARDIAN OF TRADITIONAL WINE MAKING. WITH LOVE AND RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT, THE DANGLAS FAMILY GROWS 75 HECTARES OF VINES ON THE SLOPES WITH CHALKY-CLAYEY SOILS. THE GOAL IS TO BEST EXPRESS THE TERROIR MINERVOIS. THE WINES ARE ELABORATED TO BE RICH, FRUITY AND FULL-BODIED WITH A NICE BALANCE BETWEEN STRENGTH AND FINESSE. THEY ARE APPRECIATED WORLDWIDE.
