A really bright, poised and complete wine Puligny Montrachet, J.C. Bachelet et Fils Delicious honey and nut flavours in this nice vintage. Medium and full bodied whites from the New World 2015 Viu Manent, Colchagua Valley, Chile Very ripe buttery Chardonnay fruit Alamos Chardonnay, Mendoza, Argentina High altitude disease and rot free vines, in the Andean foothills, achieve remarkable ripeness and concentration without over-oaking Au Bon Climat Santa Maria Chardonnay Our favourite Californian Grower, Jim Clendenen from Santa Barbara, makes mineral wines with great concentration and elegance Tokara Directors Reserve, Stellenbosch, South Africa Sauvignon Blanc (74%) and Semillon (24%) make up a typical white Bordeaux blend. The result combines the fresh Sauvignon base with rich and round notes from the Semillon and the oak.

The flavour has gorgeous barley-sugar and marmalade notes. Enjoyable on its own, with fruity desserts and with blue cheese Sauska Late Harvest Cuvée, Hungary (50cl) / (Glass) 7.30 Furmint based sweet wine in the Tokaji style combining freshness with marmalade and raisin notes.
