Rosé Wine Sancerre Rosé, Domaine Pascal Gitton 2014, Loire Valley, France 35 Established in 1945 by Marcel Gitton with barely one acre, the Gitton domaine today covers around twenty-seven hectares spread amongst the region s best areas. The Les Romains vineyard consists of forty eight-year-old vines which helps to produce the finest quality grapes in the Loire Valley. The wines is pale pink, crisp and refreshing, combining the delicate berry fruit of Pinot Noir with classic Sancerre elegance.

Their Dillons Point is a single vineyard and multi-awarding wine which displays excellent quality, minerality and richness with passion fruit and nectarine dominating. Gavi di Gavi Bruno Broglia 2014, Bruno Broglia, Piedmont, Italy % Cortese Broglia vineyards are situated in the heart of Gavi and this top selection shows great refinement and minerality on the nose, with a nutty savouriness on the palate. Taut, concentrated and structured, it sets the benchmark for great Gavi. (Silver - SWA Awards 2015) Chablis Premier Cru Fourchaume, Domaine J-M Brocard 2014, Burgundy, France % Chardonnay Jean-Marc Brocard is widely recognised as one of Chablis s leading producers. The approach is one of minimal intervention in both vineyard and winery, and letting the quality of the grapes really shine through. The results are pure, unadorned expressions of the great chalk slopes of Chablis. An exotic nose of pineapple, mango and aniseed is followed by a harmonious palate with an added hint of honeyed fruit, and a refreshing mineral finish. Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Clos Saint Landelin, Muré 2013, Alsace, France % Nebbiolo The fifteen-hectare Clos St Landelin is a steep, terraced, south-facing vineyard with clay/ limestone soil and a lot of stones. The Muré family cultivate it organically. The Gewurztraminer vines average around forty five years old which produces grapes of the immense quality. This is a complex wine showing an array of aromas such as honey, spices, apricot and peach as well as white flowers, pepper and rose. On the palate the wine shows great intensity, with excellent precision and freshness.
