7 Story Big Crush Offering TBD - Established in 1973, this family-operated winery affords a beautiful view of the Cosumnes River Canyon. The vineyards are more than 60 years old and produce fine zinfandel, mission, chenin blanc, barbera and sangiovese wines. Picnic facilities are available for customers enjoyment. Tanis Vineyards Tanis will be pairing our 2012 Cabernet Franc with chicken roulade on pesto; 2013 Primitivo with artisan sausage on a red potato; and our 2013 TNT with flat iron steak lettuce wrap. Big Crush pairings will be served at Amador Vintage Market in downtown Plymouth, but our tasting room on Willow Creek road will also be open with more wines available to taste. Come enjoy wine specials and music from the South Sac Jooks all weekend. On Saturday, we re going full Italian with pizza and pasta from Molto Benny Pizza. On Sunday, come back for refreshing gelato and Andrae s foccacia. Wilderotter Vineyards In classic Wilderotter style, we re serving Grilled Tri Tip & Chicken Sliders, Sam s House Made Mustard Sauce and Tomato Caprese Salad. We ll be pouring our seasonal compliment of wines, and offering wines by the glass or bottle to share on our new patio terrace.
