4 WHITE 13 JACOB S CREEK CLASSIC PINOT GRIGIO 2014 AUSTRALIA ABV 11.5% By the glass 175ml 5.00 This grape variety is strongly influenced by the winemaking approach. Rather than a French Pinot Gris style, which is soft and oily, our winemakers chose the Italian Grigio style, which is clean and vibrant with a touch of mineral acidity. A soft and easy drinking wine with a ripe tropical fruit character and a mellow finish. 14 TASARI INZOLIA ITALY ABV 12.5% By the glass 175ml 5.50 Tasari produce traditional Sicilian wines with a modern twist. Made from the Inzolia grape which is native to Sicily, this is crisp, refreshing and aromatic, with delicate citrus and apple flavours. 16 CASTILLO CLAVIJO RIOJA BARREL FERMENTED VIURA 2012 SPAIN ABV 12% This is a wine that has some toasty, oaky and nutty flavours along with fruity flavours of peaches and lemons. The Castillo Calvijo range is produced by Bodegas Criadores de Rioja. The winery was established in 2000 with a view to modernise the production of Rioja wines whilst working with the scores of small, local growers to make wines that reflect the quality and history of Rioja. 67 BRANCOTT ESTATE LETTER SERIES SAUVIGNON BLANC 2014 ABV 13.1% This complex Sauvignon Blanc displays intense pink grapefruit, passionfruit and guava characters on the nose. This follows through to a richly textured palate with grapefruit and tropical characters and underlying green olive and capsicum notes. It is all bound together by a crisp acidity that leads to a lingering finish

5 22 DOMINGO MARTIN ALBARIÑO 2013 SPAIN ABV 12.5% The delightful Angela Martin and her husband Andrew McCarthy run the Castro Martin estate in Rias Baixas, on Spain's Galician coast, where production of Albariño at their bodega can be traced back to as far as This has rich and generous flavours of ripe peaches and pears, backed by a vivid streak of lemon and mineral acidity. 23 RIVA LEONE GAVI 2014 ITALY ABV 12% The name Riva Leone is taken from the name of a wine merchant from Alba in Northern Italy, who at the beginning of the 20th century decided to bottle the wine that he sold on tap to his clients. The house portrayed on the label shows his shop in the countryside of Alba. This Gavi is delicate with intense fruity and lemony notes. Clean and fresh with a long lingering, citrusy finish. 24 SANCERRE BLANC LE MANOIR ANDRÉ NEVEU 2013 FRANCE ABV 12.5% Part-winemakers, part-cheesemakers, Valerie and Thomas Dezat produce a full and elegant style of Sancerre with plenty of Sauvignon Blanc fruit character. The Dezets do everything themselves by hand, from pruning and harvesting right through to bottling. This has a herbaceous, citrus nose and flavours of crisp green apple. 25 BOLNEY ESTATE PINOT GRIS 2014 ENGLAND ABV 11% The Bolney Estate was established in 1972 with three acres of vines in West Sussex nowadays the estate spans 39 acres. This refreshingly zesty wine has fragrant aromas of elderflower, jasmine and pear

6 27 CHABLIS TERROIRS DE CHABLIS PATRICK PIUZE 2013 FRANCE ABV 13% Patrick Piuze is something of an outsider in Chablis. A French-Canadian by birth, he caught the wine bug whilst managing a bar in Montreal and soon decided he wanted to get his hands dirty in the vineyards. He is already regarded as one of the region's hottest winemaking talents. His philosophy is simple: source small parcels of top notch grapes that truly reflect their terroir, and this commitment to quality and fidelity to the land shines through in his wines. His Chablis is steely and taut, with intense flavours of crisp green apple, lime and pear. 29 CLOUDY BAY SAUVIGNON BLANC 2013/14 NEW ZEALAND ABV 13.5% Tropical fragrances of guava and mango to ripe lime / citrus and sweet herbs. The palate also is juicy and voluminous, combining concentrated flavours with a mineral acidity that leaves a long, fresh, intense flavour

7 RED 33 JACOB'S CREEK CLASSIC SHIRAZ AUSTRALIA ABV 13.5% By the glass 175ml 5.00 This medium-bodied Shiraz has generous flavours of pepper, plum and spicy fruit, with subtle hints of toasted oak. The palate is medium-bodied with vibrant fruit flavours of spicy plum and blackberry. 35 VALDIVIESO PINOT NOIR CHILE ABV 14.5% By the glass 175ml 6.00 In the early 1980s Don Alberto Valdivieso began to produce still wines and, ever since, has obtained outstanding results and been showered with awards. Their Pinot Noir has a smooth, glossy texture and bursts with morello cherry and raspberry flavours. 37 CROZES-HERMITAGE ROUGE LES JALETS PAUL JABOULET AÎNÉ 2012 FRANCE ABV 13% "Jalets" is the Old French word for the pebbles in the vineyards left by alpine glaciers. This wine, from the Crozes- Hermitage region in the northern Rhône, is made from 100% Syrah and has aromas and flavours of fresh red berries and notes of liquorice and black pepper. 38 JACOB'S CREEK ST. HUGO CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2010 AUSTRALIA ABV 14% St Hugo is named after Johann's grandson Hugo Gramp a key figure at Orlando Wines. It is the very best Jacob's Creek Cabernet Sauvignon and as such bears the 'Jacob's Creek Winemakers' endorser. Lifted and intense on the nose, with vibrant cassis and black fruits layered over well integrated oak-derived notes of cedar, cinnamon and roasted hazelnut

8 39 FLEURIE MILLESIME CAVE DE FLEURIE 2013 FRANCE ABV 13% Cave de Fleurie dates back to the First World War when the women of the village tended the vines whilst the men were at the front line. This is a light, fresh and fruity style of wine with lots of juicy, strawberry flavours. 41 DINASTIA VIVANCO RIOJA RESERVA 2008 SPAIN ABV 13% Dinastia Vivanco is one of Rioja's leading producers, making modern styled Riojas with the focus firmly on bright, juicy fruit flavours. The Vivanco wines are made exclusively from the family's vineyards. This wine has intensity and balance, soft, round tannins, and a long finish with hints of toast and liquorice. 45 CHÂTEAUNEUF-DU-PAPE ROUGE CHÂTEAU SAINT JEAN 2011 FRANCE ABV 14% One of the oldest regions in the Rhône Valley, Châteauneuf-du-Pape is famous for its full-bodied, peppery red made from Grenache and Syrah and packed with blackberries and dark fruit

9 ROSÉ 48 JACOB'S CREEK SHIRAZ ROSÉ AUSTRALIA ABV 13% By the glass 175ml 5.00 Fresh strawberry and raspberry characters with hints of cherry. The palate is soft and delicate with a delicate fruity finish. 49 MAROTTI CAMPI LACRIME ROSATO IGT MARCHE 2014 ITALY ABV 12.5% By the glass 175ml 6.20 Marotti Campi is situated near the medieval village of Morro d'alba in Italy's stunning Le Marche region. Making wine on the site since the mid 19th century, the estate totals 120 hectares, of which most is planted with the two ancient and indigenous varieties of Lacrima and Verdicchio. The rosé is made from the Lacrima grape, and is bursting with aromas and flavours of rose petals, violets and fresh red fruit. 50 CHÂTEAU D'ESCLANS WHISPERING ANGEL ROSÉ 2014 FRANCE ABV 13.5% The wines at Château d'esclans are made by Patrick Léon, who used to make the wine at none other than Château Mouton- Rothschild and Opus One. Pale salmon in colour, this wine is delicate and fresh with plenty of crisp strawberry fruit and a long finish
