WHITE 11 JACOB S CREEK COOL HARVEST PINOT GRIGIO 2013 AUSTRALIA ABV 10.3% By the glass 175ml 5.00 This grape variety is strongly influenced by the winemaking approach. Rather than a French Pinot Gris style, which is soft and oily, our winemakers chose the Italian Grigio style, which is clean and vibrant with a touch of mineral acidity. Refreshing and zesty Corella pear and citrus flavours are balanced by a lively natural acidity and fleshy fruit sweetened on the finish.

5 12 COSECHA TARAPACÁ CHARDONNAY CHILE ABV 13% Viña Tarapacá in the prestigious Maipo Valley won its first international award in 1867, just 2 years after its foundation. Since then it has continued to produce wines that reflect over one hundred years of history whilst incorporating the vineyards contemporary elegance. This is an intense wine that shows tropical aromas of peach, pineapple and hints of banana perfectly blended with sweet notes of vanilla. 13 TILIA SALTA TORRONTES ARGENTINA ABV 14% By the glass 175ml 5.80 The Tilia wines are made with a combination of fruit sourced from the traditional eastern sub-region of Mendoza, and the area s dynamic southern region. The Torrontes exhibits intense aromas of ripe tropical fruits with notes of apricot leading to peach and pineapple flavours. 16 STONELEIGH SAUVIGNON BLANC NEW ZEALAND ABV 13.5% The wine is light straw in colour with subtle green highlights. This wine displays intense capsum and flinty aromas, with passion fruit and ruby grapefruit most dominant. The palate features ripe melon and stone fruit flavours, and complex minerality balanced by a tight, fresh acidity. This is a vibrant and lively wine. 18 MÂCON VILLAGES 'CRÉPILLIONES' DOMAINE FICHET 2012 FRANCE ABV 12.5% Too often overlooked for quality wines, the brothers are turning this around with their attention to specific sites in the Maconnais, and the results are impressive; this wine is fresh and luscious with flavours of lemongrass, citrus fruits, pine, quince and fennel A2O ALBARINO SPAIN ABV 13% Vines have been cultivated on the Atlantic shores of Galicia for many centuries and the Albariño grape is especially suited to the granite and quartz rich soils of the region. The vines can often be seen suspended from the many hundreds of pergolas and terraces that occupy its landscape. The A2O is ripe and aromatic, with overtones of peach, melon and honey, offset by a crisp tangy acidity that helps to balance the rich fruit flavours. 20 RIVA LEONE GAVI ITALY ABV 12% The name Riva Leone is taken from the name of a wine mechant from Alba in Northern Italy, who at the beginning of the 20th century decided to bottle the wine that he sold on tap to his clients. The house portrayed in the label shows his shop in the countryside of Alba. This Gavi is delicate with intense fruity and lemony notes. Clean and fresh with a long lingering, citrusy finish. 21 SANCERRE BLANC LE MANOIR ANDRE NEVEU 2012/2013 FRANCE ABV 12.5% Part-winemakers, part-cheesemakers, Valerie and Thomas Dezat produce a full and elegant style of Sancerre with plenty of Sauvignon Blanc fruit character. The Dezet's do everything themselves by hand, from pruning and harvesting right through to bottling. This has a herbaceous, citrus nose and flavours of crisp green apple. 23 POUILLY FUMÉ LES BERTHIERS CLAUDE MICHOT 2012 FRANCE ABV 12.5% A small grower with a real passion for his terrior, Claude Michot produces a wine that is very typical of his part of Pouilly Fume; restrained and elegant, with understated green apple and lime fruit and hints of flint and smoke on the finish CHABLIS DOMAINE JEAN DEFAIX FRANCE ABV 12.5% Daniel Dampt is one of Burgundy's most celebrated producers, and he produces wines under both his own names and that of Jean Defaix, his father-in-law. This Chablis is bone dry, with steely elegant flavours of apple and citrus. ROSÉ 45 JACOB S CREEK COOL HARVEST SHIRAZ ROSÉ 2013 AUSTRALIA ABV 11.4% By the glass 175ml 5.00 Picked at night the Shiraz grapes have reached their peak of ripeness and the tannins are delicate, allowing the flavours to shine through. Attractive fleshy strawberry, highlighted by a gentle finish of tempered confection spice and a soft acidity.

6 47 CHÂTEAU D ESCLANS WHISPERING ANGEL ROSÉ FRANCE ABV 13.5% The wines at Château d Esclans are made by Patrick Leon, who used to make the wine at none other than Château Mouton-Rothschild and Opus One. Pale salmon in colour, this wine is delicate and fresh with plenty of crisp strawberry fruit and a long finish. RED BROUILLY VIELLES VIGNES CHÂTEAU MOULIN FAVRE FRANCE ABV 13% Moulin Favre is exactly the sort of producer that is so exciting to discover. Production is small, marketing almonst non-existent but the enthusiasm infectious and the wine fantastic. This is light, juicy and fresh with lots of ripe strawberry and raspberry fruit. DRAUGHT 30 JACOB'S CREEK CLASSIC SHIRAZ AUSTRALIA ABV 14% By the glass 175ml 5.00 This medium-bodied Shiraz has generous flavours of pepper, plum and spicy fruit, with subtle hints of toasted oak. The palate is medium-bodied with vibrant fruit flavours of spicy plum and blackberry. 31 COSECHA TARAPACÁ MERLOT 2013 CHILE ABV 13% A great Chilean Merlot from the Tarapacá Valley. Intense, fresh fruit aromas of blackberries and plums with soft toasted notes and sweet vanilla Pimm's No.1 Cup per glass 5.80 Pimm's No.1 Cup per large glass 7.80 Pimm's No.1 Cup per jug Draught Stella Artois per half pint ABV 4.8% 2.50 Draught Boddingtons per half pint ABV 3.5% 2.40 Draught Guinness per half pint ABV 4.2% 2.60 Draught Stella Artois Cidre per half pint ABV 4.5% FINCA LA ESTACADA TEMPRANILLO MESAS EN BARRICA 2012 SPAIN ABV 13.5% Flavours of cherry combine with complex dark fruit flavours, powerful aromatics and a ripe fruit finish. 33 BRANCOTT ESTATE 'T' LETTER PINOT NOIR NEW ZEALAND ABV 13.5% By the glass - 175ml 6.00 The deep purple colour reflects the intensity of this wine, presenting lifted dark cherry blueberry aromas with delicate floral undertones and subtle hints of mocha and smoky oak to add to the complexity. The palate is rich and velvety, full of sweet berry fruit flavours, finishing with complex layers of spice and soft savoury tannins. 35 JACOB'S CREEK ST. HUGO CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2009 AUSTRALIA ABV 14% St Hugo is named after Johann's grandson Hugo Gramp - a key figure at Orlando Wines. It is the very best Jacob's Creek Cabernet Sauvignon and as such bears the 'Jacob's Creek Winemakers' endorser. Lifted and intense on the nose, with vibrant cassis and black fruits layered over well intergrated oakderived notes of cedar, cinnamon and roasted hazelnut
