Only the freshest of ingredients are used. Our all-inclusive packages are based upon a minimum number of guests. Please refer to the table for minimum and maximum room numbers. All of the attached packages include the following: Race Course Admission Car Parking Race Books for all guests Reserved banquet seating or cocktail setup Sumptuous Buffet, plated or cocktail menu of choice Tote facilities (conditions apply) Free to air, sky channel and fox sports viewing Chairman s Lounge: Located on the top level of the grand stand the chairman s lounge offers clients the ultimate in comfort and viewing with access to open air terraced seating Corporate Suites: These suites offer clients privacy whilst delivering spectacular views of the race track action from the outside terraces and the picturesque surroundings of Tabcorp Club Menangle Tanyia Harris Marquee: Situated mid-way down the home straight this marquee offers direct access to the private enclosed lawn reserve Lawn Marquee: View the racing action from the covered track side decking of the marquee, guests can enjoy the carnival atmosphere of racing Parade Ring Terrace: This partially covered open air terrace is perfect for an informal gathering featuring cocktail furniture. This area overlooks the pre-race parade circle for the horses and has adjoining reserved trackside seating adjacent to the winning post. We can also accommodate conferences, seminars, meetings and exhibitions in all of our facilities on both race days and non-race days.
3 Beverages Your beverages may be charged by a cash bar facility where your guests purchase their own or charged as part of a package per head or on a consumption basis with a dollar limit. Please speak to you consultant to discuss beverage packages and options that would best suit your function. Betting vouchers/facilities Betting Vouchers may be pre-purchased for an administrative fee of $20. The vouchers are available in minimum $5 denominations. EBT betting machines are available in most privately booked events. Tote operators will be complimentary in events with 100 adults or more. Should you wish to have a tote operator with numbers below 100 people you will be required to pay for their service. Theme requirements Our experienced event coordinators will gladly offer suggestions to cater to your requested theme. We can arrange balloon clusters, floral arrangements, table decorations, room set up, audio visual, DJs, Juke Boxes to suit your requirements. Quotations are provided upon request Ancillary services We are more than happy to source, organize and quote of supplementary services to support or enhance your event. These services include but are not limited to; live music and entertainment options, team building organiser s and public speakers Seafood platters Freshly compiled seafood platters are an option to add to your menu for any event held here. Our freshly sourced seafood platters are presented to you and your guests on a platter on your table for everyone to enjoy. Platters consist of; Fresh Tiger Prawns, Freshly Shucked Oysters, Muscles, Sushi, Chargrilled Octopus Salad, Scallops, Smoked Salmon accompanied with cocktail sauce, fresh lemon, soy sauce and wasabi. Ask your consultant about these today; $POA per person Final details Tentative bookings are held for a period of one (1) week. Upon booking confirmation a deposit payment of $600 is required to secure your reservation, along with the completed deposit booking conditions form. This deposit is deducted from the bill total Final numbers are required ten (10) days prior to the event, upon which the final catering account is calculated. This is a fixed account final numbers may increase but not decrease. Final payment for catering is required five (5) working days prior to the event. Sponsorship opportunities Sponsoring a race or the whole race meeting at Tabcorp Club Menangle is a great way of promoting your company and products. Available sponsorship entitlements consist of: naming a race, sashing the winning horse and a ride in the mobile barrier prior to the race. Ask your consultant today how we can tailor a package to suit you. Marquee meetings and Peak Periods Bookings for marquee meetings and peak periods will attract a minimum spend requirement. Please speak to your consultant about these dates. They vary throughout the year.
