Within minutes drive from the Geelong CBD, however still maintaining that country feel. Established in 1854, the heritage listed hotel has now been transformed into a blend of old & new, modern & repurposed. The Fyansford Hotel The Fyansford Hotel is truly a unique venue to host your next function. With a variety of options to choose from, we aim to take the stress out of organising your event. With 3 different function spaces, we can accommodate for all functions big or small & cater for anything from a birthday, engagement & wedding to any corporate event.

You are also welcome to organise your own live music/dj or juke box. Joint to the room is our outdoor courtyard which is heated during winter.

3 THE HYLAND ROOM The Hyland Room is our brand new function room, incorporating modern décor and a garden wall spanning the length of the room. It features its own private bar*, has its own sound system with audio input, microphone access & a big screen TV with the option to play a slideshow of photos etc. You are also welcome to organise your own live music/dj or juke box. Joint to the room is our outdoor courtyard which is heated during winter. Cost $300 deposit (can be used towards food & drinks) Saturday night: $1000 minimum spend on food and drink *$1500 minimum spend on food and drink for bar to be staffed. 4 RIVERSIDE ROOM Facing out towards the river and Fyansford common is our Riverside Room. It is perfect for sit-down or cocktail functions. Guests can use the bistro bar to purchase drinks which is just a stones throw away. The room is perfect for family functions as it has clear vision to our large children's playroom (but at the same time can be completely private from view). Our hotel music system plays in the area but you are welcome to bring your own sound system. 5 THE LOUNGE The lounge area is an exclusive area just off the main bistro. It is cosy and versatile, with both lounging and mingling space. It is the original part of the hotel with two crackling fireplaces in winter, and air-conditioning in summer. You can increase the amount of the tab over the duration of your event. FOOD OPTIONS Fingerfood - Fingerfood can be ordered up until one week prior to the event and can be paid for on the day. Meals - Guests may pay for their own meals individually. - You may pay for all of your guests meals. If so, a staff member will take your orders for you and you can pay afterwards.

10 TERMS & CONDITIONS Bookings and Confirmations: To confirm your booking we require a $300 deposit within 14 days of making a tentative booking. All bookings will remain tentative until such a time as a deposit is paid. If the deposit is not received within 14 days then we may release the date to other prospective clients. Bar Tab / Deposit: This deposit will be taken off the full amount of the bar tab/fingerfood costs. Balance of bar tabs/fingerfood are made payable to management at the conclusion of the function by either eftpos, cheque or cash. Responsible Service of Alcohol: All staff at The Fyansford Hotel are trained in the Liquor Licensing accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol and by law may refuse alcohol to any person that is deemed intoxicated. All underage guests must be with a responsible guardian and not to drink alcohol and must vacate the venue by 11.00pm. Management reserves the right to evict any member of the party who contravenes the Fyansford Hotel s RSA policy. Damage: In the event that any furniture or any other part of the venue is purposely or foolishly damaged, the cost of the repairs will be forwarded to the person responsible for the function. Decorations: We do not allow the use of any confetti or sequins however we welcome balloons, streamers and anything else that is easy to clean up. (ANY use of confetti will incur a $100 cleaning fee)
