This year is the Anniversary of SC Aeromar the leading inflight catering company in Russia and Aeroflot s longtime partner. For 30 years, Aeromar has been improving and expanding its culinary practice, developing in the sphere of catering services and delighting passengers with high-class recipes. We are pleased to offer you a new menu created by energetic and professional chefs of Aeromar.
2 Menu served on flights over six hours departing from Moscow in the morning and daytime Appetizer: Pancake with salmon, wasabi cream cheese and red caviar Cold starter: Salmon, zucchini tartar, pickled pattypan squash with cheese, served with cream cheese and Chives
3 Salad: Salad greens, duck breast, sun-dried tomatoes, mango, honey-lime dressing Soup: Borsch with beef, prune and sour cream
4 Main courses to choose from: Stuffed chicken wings with vegetables and broccoli puree, served with BBQ sauce Black cod with pak-choi, cumquat and ginger, served with coconut-lime sauce Vegetable gratin, served with tomato sauce with bell pepper
