An on-site experienced Event Coordinator will assist you along every step of your event. 6 Policies & Guidelines Host your golf outing during the week (Monday Friday) and save up to $6 per golfer for 18 holes The number of golfers must be confirmed one month prior. A final count with a list of players is due no later than 7 days before the scheduled outing. The list can be faxed or ed to us and is the amount used for billing. Shotgun Starts: Hole assignments, cart signs and scorecards will be prepared by our staff for all shotguns, provided we have a list of players at least a week in advance. Instructions and announcements will begin twenty minutes prior to the scheduled tee time. Please inform all players that they must be on their cart and prepared to depart to their assigned hole 15 minutes prior to the starting time so play will begin promptly as scheduled. No outside food or beverage is allowed on site unless provided through Hankerd Hills Golf Course. Due to food safety and sanitation guidelines any prepared food or beverage remaining from your event may not be taken off of the premises. In addition, in accordance with the State of Michigan Liquor Control Commission, all alcoholic beverages must be purchased at our facility from our employees. Please inform all participants and guests in advance that beverages other then those purchased through our golf course are prohibited by the state of Michigan. Any individuals who break the law will be asked to leave the premises immediately. No refund will be granted to those individuals. No exceptions. Cash, check, Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express may be used for payment. Please note a 3% service fee will be applied to any credit card payments. In case of inclement weather, all play will continue unless the conditions are dangerous and the warning siren is sounded. Play will resume as soon as the weather allows.
