The prices above are the minimum fee to schedule the course for your event. 3 Conditions Unless the course superintendent determines the course to be unplayable prior to the commencement of play, all golf and related fees shall be charged for the minimum guaranteed attendance at the full rate on your contract. At the Schaumburg Golf Club s discretion, rain checks may be issued. All food and beverage must be paid in full before or at the end of the event regardless if a rainout occurs. Company checks or personal checks will not be accepted for final payment. A guaranteed number of guests for food and beverage must be provided 10 days prior to the event. List of all players must be turned into the Golf Shop 48 hours prior to the event. A $ deposit is required to guarantee and hold the event at Chandler s and the Schaumburg Golf Club. All prices are subject to change. If organization is Tax Exempt, a Tax Exempt letter must be provided prior to event. All payments for golf are to be made to the Schaumburg Golf club on or prior to the outing date. All payment for Food and Beverage are to be made to Chandler s on or prior to the outing date. 9 Vendor Style Golf Outings Description of above where multiple vendors, merchants, business have table displays, etc. on the course. Charges are as follows: $10.00 includes (1) 8 ft. table, plain (2) Chairs (1) Trash receptacle (if requested) Additional Tables $7.00 each. Additional chairs no charge. Ice - $3.00 per 25# bag; ice bins not furnished All vendor serving food and or beverage must receive prior permission from Chandler s management. FOOD (A) All vendors serving food items with the exception of single serve item must obtain a one-day permit from the Village of Schaumburg Department of Health. (B) Such vendors must also obtain a Certificate of Insurance listing Chandler s Chophouse and the Schaumburg Park District as additional insured. BEVERAGE (A) All vendors serving alcoholic beverages must receive prior permission from Chandler s management. (B) Such vendors must also obtain a one-day liquor license from the Village of Schaumburg. (C) Such vendors must also obtain a Certificate of Insurance listing Chandler s Chophouse and the Schaumburg Park District as additional insured. (D) The above listed certificates and permits must be received by Chandler s management two days prior to the event. (E) All vendors serving alcoholic beverages will be assessed an additional $ fee that is the responsibility of the organizer to pay at the conclusion of the event.
