Our professionally trained chefs create all food in-house, using only the finest and freshest ingredients. We believe your menu should reflect you, so we are happy to customize a menu based on your tastes, as well as your budget. When you book your event with us we will provide experienced event planners, setup and clean up of your event, as well as a professional service team. 2 General Information Member & Non-Member Business All events at CCMO must be classified as either Member or non-member business. Member Business denotes a CCMO Member s use of banquet facility for his or her personal or professional benefit. All Member business must be either billed to their personal Member charge or billed directly to their place of business. Non-member Business denotes usage of CCMO s banquet facility by hosting individual or organization NOT belonging to CCMO. Payment for all non-member events must be paid by check or credit card no later than 10 business days after the event. Non-member client may be asked for a credit card to hold event space. Member Sponsorship All non-member events must take placed under the sponsorship of a CCMO Member in good standing. Before agreeing to sponsor any event at the Club, a CCMO Member should give consideration to the private and social nature of the Club and not sponsor an event for which general notices are sent or which would be commercial in nature, or any event not consistent with the character of the Club. The sponsoring Member shall be responsible for conduct of all persons attending the event. The Member s personal Club account will be charged with all cost incurred in connection with the function if not paid by the person being sponsored. Arrangement for all private parties must be made through the Club s Catering Office. Sponsor Responsibility A Member in good standing at the Club must sponsor all parties. Before pricing or dates can be given to non-members, the Member sponsor must contact the Catering Office and give consent for sponsorship. Decorations All decorations must be approved by the Club s Catering Office. The use of confetti, nails or staples for decorations in any part of the Clubhouse or Banquet Facilities is prohibited. Furniture may not be moved without prior approval. An appropriate monetary penalty shall be assessed for excessive cleanup or any infraction of these rules. Damage to the Club All repair work resulting from injury to Club Property will be done by the person or firms selected and supervised by the management. Members who damage the property of the Club will be required to pay for the cost of the repairs or replacement thereof. The Members are at all times responsible for the actions of their guests or organizations which they have sponsored for the use of the Club s facilities. Liability The Club will not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise, decoration or articles left in the Club prior to, during, or after the function.

3 Food & Beverage No food and beverage of any kind, unless purchased from the Club, may be consumed on the Club s premises with the exception of wedding or specialty cakes. Menu Selection When arranging for private events, your menu selections as well as beverage requirements are to be finalized two weeks prior to the event to ensure the availability of the menu items. All food and beverage must be catered by CCMO; the only exceptions are wedding cakes. Buffet Service Policy On all buffets, the Club will prepare more than the anticipated need to assure the guests a wellstocked buffet. The buffet will be serviced for no more than two hours. With this service we must decline carry out containers, during or after service. Guarantee Head Count CCMO requires a guaranteed number of attendees one week (5 business days) prior to the scheduled event. If no final guarantee is received, the number appearing on the banquet event order or contract shall be considered the final guarantee. Please note the number is not subject to reduction after the deadline, however up until two day before the event, the number may be increased. All day of guest count increases may not be accommodated due to product availability. Cancellations CCMO must receive all cancellation notices in writing. Less than 120 days notice client is charged 25% of the estimated total cost of the revenue Less than 90 days notice client is charged 50% of total estimated cost of event Less than 60 days notice client is charged 75% of the total estimated cost of event Less than 30 days notice client is charged 100% estimated cost of event (minus service fees) * Deposits are non-refundable for any cancellation Beverage and Bar Arrangements No beverages of any kind will be brought into or taken out of CCMO. If any guest becomes over intoxicated they will not be served and will be called a cab. Guests may be asked to produce a valid ID before they are served an alcoholic beverages. CCMO bartenders or staff will not serve any persons under the age of 21. All host bars will be subject to a 22% service charge. A bartender fee of $20.00 per hour/per bartender will be applied to all cash bars. Service Charge and Labor A 22% service charge, which pays for services provided by CCMO employees, will be added to all food and beverage purchases. For all events that have less than 20 guests, an additional labor fee will be added to cover labor for service staff. Some functions may require additional setup, staffing or service fee. All fees will be quoted prior to event and be noted on the final contract.

4 Room Rentals and Time Increments for Non-Member Events Requires Member Sponsorship The room fee assessed will include setup, teardown and cleanup. Also included are china, flatware, glassware and basic Ivory or Black linens. Other linen choices are available at additional costs. Only Members can request an all Club wide closure for events. CCMO Board must approval all Club wide closing and a minimum of $20,000 in food and beverage sales (prior to service charge). Deposits and Billing For all non-member events a non- refundable deposit (Room Rental) is required with all signed contracts. A payment of 90% of estimated revenue is due (5) business days prior to the event. The remainder of the balance is due by 10 business days after the event is held. Our methods of payment are Member charge (must be a CCMO Member or approved reciprocal Member), check or credit card).
