4 FAQs HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY EVENT? It s hard to say but we like to err on the side of caution when it comes to engineering your awesomely unusual event. So with that in mind, we d recommend that larger parties (those with 40 guests or more) consider booking their events at least 4 6 weeks in advance to guarantee desired dates and times. HOW LONG IS AN AVERAGE EVENT? Every event is different, but for the most part our events typically run about 2.5 hours long. This gives you oodles of time for setup, for people to arrive (even the fashionably late), for you to mix, mingle, eat, and, of course, play. For events with larger guest counts, we usually recommend a 3- to 4-hour event. We know that events aren t one-size-fits-all, so we have professionals on hand who can customize the timing and duration of your event to fit your needs. Pretty cool, right? DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT? Yes half now, half later (just like in the movies). We require a 50% non-refundable deposit in order to secure your private event space. We ask that the remaining balance be paid in full three days prior to your event. I HAVE THIS FRIEND WHO S A CHEF, SO CAN I BRING IN MY OWN CATERER? We d love to accommodate but that would totally defeat the purpose of Bowlero. One of the best reasons to visit Bowlero is to experience the food! We ve spent months researching, refining, and tasting (yummers!) our menus, which feature outsidethe-box culinary creations to make your events both special and outrageous! We knew you d understand. WHO IS MY CONTACT ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT? When you throw an event with Bowlero, we pull out all the stops. When you arrive, you ll meet your friendly Event Host who will be your point- person-and-party-pro-extraordinaire and will assist you with every facet of your event (except for playing your games and eating your food those are all you). Bowlero events are total VIP experiences that are tailor-made for our unique setting.
