4 HOW WE ROLL 1) HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I HAVE TO BOOK MY EVENT? We recommend that large parties of 40 guests or more book their events at least 4 6 weeks in advance to guarantee desired dates and times. 2) HOW LONG IS AN AVERAGE EVENT? Events are typically 2.5 hours long. This allows plenty of time for arrivals, set up, and of course, bowling! For larger guest counts or tournamentstyle events, we recommend hosting 3 4 hour events; however, we can always customize an event to meet your specific timing needs. 3) DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT? Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit in order to secure your private event space. We ask that the remaining balance be paid in full three days prior to your event. 4) CAN I BRING IN MY OWN CATERER? Bowlmor does not allow any outside food or beverages to be brought into our facilities, with the exception of birthday cakes/cupcakes. 5) WHO IS MY CONTACT ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT? Once you arrive at Bowlmor, you will be greeted by an Event Host who will be with you for your entire event. The Event Host will ensure your event s complete success and facilitate any on-site needs you may have, giving you the VIP service every step of the way!
