9 ROOM RENTAL & OTHER PRICING FACILITY USAGE FEES Usage is based on a four hour time block. Tuesday-Friday Main Dining Room Only $200 Daytime $400 Evening Saturday-$1000 Sunday-$800 $100 per hour for each additional hour DEPOSIT Due at the time of booking. This is a refundable deposit that will be returned 4-5 days after the function PAYMENT The full balance of your event contract must be paid seven days prior to your event. INDOOR CEREMONY FEE Includes up to 150 ballroom chairs OUTDOOR CEREMONY FEE Includes up to 100 light brown wooden folding chairs and usage of lawn arbor Additional Chairs 3.50 per chair BARTENDER FEE Guest Counts of people Over 125 people ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 6.5$ sales tax and 20% service charge is applied to all food and beverage items. A minimum of $25 per guest must be spent on food items. Saturday events must have at least 75 guests. Ceremonies & Receptions may not start before 4pm and must end by 11pm.
