We are pleased to offer you many well loved dishes from Indonesia as well as some recipes that are Chef David Wijaya s special creations, based on a fusion of cuisines from the Indonesian regions. Indonesian cuisine is as varied as its many islands and has had an influence over the past century on the cuisines of Japan, Portugal, the Netherlands, China and the Mediterranean countries. Rediscover some of your favourite road side dishes in the comfort of our restaurant; experience contemporary Indonesian cuisine in an ambience which takes the Perth diner into the myriad of islands that make up the Indonesian archipelago. Our passion for introducing fine food to our customers and friends includes such dishes as Grilled Jimbaran Fish, Ayam Penyet, Gulai Bebek, Famous Nasi Goreng, and the famous and ever popular road stall favourite dish Bakmi Ayam. More over we have Rijstaffel (monthly changed menu) ~the only restaurant in Perth. Please ask our wait staff for more details about our menu. Lumpia Basah Bogor $9.90 (V) A classic healthy Indonesian dish, shittake mushroom, sweet radish,spring onion, beanspout and lettuce wrapped in lumpia. 4. Satay Chicken $9.90 (GF) Our famous grilled satay chicken (serve of four). Drizzled with our homemade peanut sauce and kecap manis emulsion. 5. Beef Rendang Padang $18.90 (GF) Perfectly tender 6 hour slow cooked beef in Rendang Sauce, Sumatran style. An extra Roti paratha could help you wiping the sauce (Chilli options- Mild, Medium or Hot) 4. Jimbaran Fish $16.90 (GF) Grilled glazed fish fillet, using the same method of cooking as in Jimbaran, Bali. Serve with Semur potato and salad. 5. Ayam Rica-rica $ (GF) Slow cooked chicken Manado style, lemongrass, Basil. Medium hot is recommended. 6. Bebek Betutu $19.90 (GF) Ubud s most famous dish! Twice cooked confit duck leg, Balinese Betutu sauce with steamed seasonal vegetables. 7. Mie Goreng Bali $14.90 Balinese style fried egg noodles with egg, chicken, squid and prawns. Gado Gado $10.90 (GF) (V) Jakarta famous steamed spring vegetables,boiled egg, potato, drizzled by our homemade peanut sauce, and prawn crackers. Please note the prawns crackers is not gluten free. 3. Papais Tofu and Mushroom $14.90 (GF) (V) Authentic Javanese flavour in monggos presentation. Twice-cooked Vegetarian Steamed Tofu wrapped in Banana leaves, serve with shitake mushroom. Vegan 1. Lobak Salad $13.90(GF) (V) Pan-fried vegan roll, kidney beans, white raddish, carrot, mushroom, wrapped with delicate tofu skin, serve with vermicelli salad. (no garlic n onion) 2.
