Any person involved in the service of liquor must be trained in Responsible Service of Alcohol by a registered training organisation accredited by liquor licensing. A current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate must be held by the person or the staff member on any stand serving alcohol and they must remain on the stand at all times whilst alcohol is being served. Please Note: The person serving alcohol must provide a copy of their Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate to GCCEC 14 days prior to the event. This will also need to be displayed on your stand during service.
