5 Alcoholic Beverage Prices & Rules Foxchase has the right to ask for photo ID of any individual before serving an alcoholic drink. Foxchase can refuse an alcoholic drink to any guest that appears intoxicated or not having proper ID to prove that they are at the age of 21 or older. The bar is closed during dinner service for approximately 1/2 hour and will close 1/2 hour prior to the departure time of the reception for a maximum of 4 hours of service. No Shots will be permitted.foxchase will not allow any outside alcohol to be brought on to the premises. Any guest(s) that acts in an inappropriate manner will be asked to leave the premises. Mixed Drink Service Vodka; Smirnoff, Absolut, - Scotch; Dewar's White Label Bourbon, Whiskey; Seagram s VO, Windsor Canadian, Bourbon; Jim Beam, Whiskey; Jack Daniel s Old No. 7, Southern Comfort, Sweet & Dry Vermouth, Rum; Bacardi Gold, Captain Morgan, Tequila, Gin; Gibley s, Bombay Sapphire Schnapps; DeKuyper s Peach tree, Kahlua, Amaretto, Melon Liqueur, Galliano, Grenadine. 6 Cash Bar A cash bar is available at a $50.00 upfront charge to your contract. Mixed Drinks are $6.00 & $8.00. Domestic Beer on tap $3 each. House brand Wine $6 per glass. Drinks requiring a blender will not be made. Full Cash bars are not available to Wedding Receptions. Prices include tax. Beer Service Half Keg $ ea. and Quarter Keg $ ea. (Yuengling Lager, Coors, Coors Lite, Budweiser, Budweiser Lite, Miller Genuine Draft and Miller Lite ) Choice of two. Frozen Drink Service ~ There is a 2 gallon minimum. Pina Colada, Strawberry Daiquiri or Margarita s are available, you may pick up to two flavors. The cost per gallon is $46.00 which gives you 21 drinks per gallon. Sparkling Wine Service For the toast choice of Martini & Rossi Asti Spumante, Cooks or André $3.00 pp. (Sparkling Cider $2.00 pp.) Wine Service House; White, Blush & a Red from the bar $31.00 per 11/2 L. One bottle serves approximately 11 glasses. *Other Wines available upon request. Wine Coolers Bacardi 12 oz bottles 24 per case sold by the whole case. Flavors available; Bahama Mama, Fuzzier Navel, Pina Colada, Strawberry Daiquiri, Tropical Fruit Medley $45.00 per case.

7 Questions AND Answers Q. How many people does your inside banquet (Palmer Room) hold and how many should I invite? A. 200 people can be seated in the room and I suggest not inviting more than 215 people. Q. Is there a dance area? A. Yes, if you have less than 150 guests, you can dance in the reception room. If you have more, the dance area is in the adjoining room. (Receptions have their dance area in the adjoining room so your guests can talk in the reception room without yelling at each other.) Although both rooms are fully carpeted a wooden dance floor can be rented through Foxchase. Q. Do we have to clean or set anything up? A. No. Foxchase will take care of all of the clean-up and set-up unless you want to do your own decoration under certain circumstances some parties may require a clean-up charge. Q. Is there a room charge? A. No, 5 hours are included in the price of the package. After that time the fee is $ per hour which is the minimum. Alcohol is additional. Q. Do you use straight or round tables for our guests? A. All round tables are used for your guests except for the head table. In some cases of large parties straight eight foot tables may be used to make the room more comfortable for moving around. Q. Can we use designated seating. A. Yes. Foxchase will supply you with a floor plan which you must fill out and return 5 days prior to your reception. Foxchase will supply table numbers. All of your tables must be eight (8) people at each. Eight (8) is the maximum suggested at each table. Q. Can we take pictures outside? A. Yes. The front of the building is beautifully landscaped during the summer. However I DO NOT suggest going on the golf course. Q. Do you serve sodas? A. Yes. When your guests ask, we will be happy to get them any soda from the soda fountain and they are available from when the reception begins till when it ends with no extra expense to you. Q. Can we have the room decorated? A. Yes. Do what ever you want as long as it does not damage anything belonging to Foxchase. Q. Is there adequate parking? A. For most receptions there is plenty, but for the larger parties (190 +) we will direct your guests, so their cars are not in any danger of being hit by a stray golf ball. Q. Do you have an amplification system? A. Yes, The microphone is usually placed at the head of the room for all of the announcing which includes a CD player. Q. Can we smoke in the building? A. Sorry no, only outside the building. Q. What is the deposit? A. $ on Saturdays and $ every other day. Q. Is the deposit refundable?

8 A. Only if you give a 1 year notice 100% is refunded. If less then one year is given $50 is kept and the remainder is refunded if the date is rebooked. If the date is not rebooked the full amount is kept by Foxchase. Q. When is the balance due? A. One week prior to the reception. Q. Is there a children's menu? A. Yes years old - reduces the price by 25% and under 6 years old - we have available the toddlers meal - applesauce, chicken fingers, vegetable, potato, wedding cake and drink. Q. What if more guests show up than we told you? A. We will have the food, but it is up to you to provide the extra place setting on the seating chart, so they have a place to sit. An average of 2 extra seats is all that is normally needed. Optional Risers may be rented for your head table with a maximum of 12 people at the head table. The risers are $40.00 plus tax per section and each section seats 2 guests. After five hours of reception time in the building the price per hour is $ plus tax. A one hour minimum is required. Bar charges and bartender is additional. Canopy Of Lights ~ $ plus tax. Ivory Chair Covers may be rented at $2.50 each plus tax. A colored Chair Sash may also be rented at $1.25 each plus tax. Available for either the Pavilion or Palmer Room chairs. hand Pavilion Ceremony ~ $ plus tax (please see Wedding Ceremonies in the Pavilion out. White Padded Chairs for the Ceremony may be substituted for the green chairs in the Pavilion for $2.25 per plus tax.
