Exhibitors with outstanding balances from previous events must satisfy the payment requirements or services will not be provided. ORDER S and FULL PAYMENT or CREDIT CARD AUTHORISATION are to be received a minimum of fourteen (4) days prior to the exhibition move-in date. Cancellation or changes to service orders must be made 48 hours in advance. Any cancellation or changes made within 48 hours is subject to a cancellation fee of up to the full price of the total service order form. All products served on-stand are for on-stand consumption / service only and not to be removed from venue. The final reconciled invoice will be provided within fourteen (4) days after the show closing date.
