We have allowed ourselves to present an excerpt from our services as an example. The example includes the basic services of a fullservice offer for a standcatering for a booth between 70 and 200 qm with 50 to 100 guests per day during a fair at the fairground in Hanover. This offer is scalable until 500 qm or 500 guests per day. Please do not hesitate to contact us, if you have any questions or remarks. 3 3 Your advantages of a Fullservice - As exhibitor you only wants to have time with your customer during the fair and you would like to have great conversations. - With a Fullservice the team of the Messe Gastronomie takes care of everything around catering and atmosphere and you as exhibitor have the time to fulfill the needs and wishes of your customers. You have the chance to extend the time with your customer. - With the Fullservice offer you can be a host for your guest and you can benefit from the catering services of the Messe Gastronomie.

5 Furniture 5 The furniture of the booth is provided by the exhibitor, as well as, Bar counter (min. 3 m²) incl. Storage space Place for the coffee machine presentation desk for food Back up (min. 10 m²) incl. sink with hot water fridges* dishwasher* shelfs working top Important: No carpet in the bar and back up area! * If not provided by the booth constructor, we can provide the technical services (see section Technic ). Please send us a booth plan together with your enquiry. We will include the necessary furniture and technic in our offer then.

The minimum number of working hours per service employee are 5 hours a day. Should overtime be required, this will be charged. Each hour will be charged the agreed hourly rate.

12 12 Other service Waste disposal We can provide waste bins for the waste of catering. The prices noticed on the right are including one delivery at the first day and the collection on the last day, as well as a daily emptying. According to your orders, we recommend the amounts and sizes of waste bins.
