1 Started in early of 2009 just simply because we like making a product that people really love to eat and one that is unique to the market place. We started in our own little kitchen to produce original and fabulous homemade bread, which made from premium quality natural ingredients -Without using any chemicals or additives- from a series of family recipes. BANANA BREAD Product Code : DB-01-CBB CLASSIC BANANA BREAD This banana bread is delicious with lots of banana flavour! Friends and family love it! It's wonderful toasted! Enjoy! 2 BREAD a) b) c) d) e) g) a) MULTI-CEREAL LOAF - Product Code : DB-02-MCL (400 g) Multi Cereal loaf or Campagrain, is a crusty tender and deliciously nutty loaf that is malty in flavour b) MULTI-GRAIN LOAF - Product Code : DB-02-MGL (400 g) Multigrain bread is bread made with multiple grains someuch as oats, cracked wheat, buckwheat, barley, millet and flax. Some multigrain bread is also whole grain bread. c) RYE LOAF - Product Code : DB-02-RYL (400 g) This easy-to-slice rye bread (no crumbling!) is perfect for sandwiches or just plain grilled Cheese. It also makes tasty toast, a nice accompaniment to scrambled eggs. Its secret ingredient is dill pickle juice, which gives the bread delightful tang and contributes to its moist texture. d) KRAFTKORN LOAF - Product Code : DB-02-KFL (400 g) Made of Kraftkorn flour that is a dark malt bread consisting of cereals and oil seeds, malt, wheat, rye, oat, soya, sunflower seeds and flaxseeds e) FARMERS LOAF - Product Code : DB-02-FSL (400 g) Our Wholemeal Farmers Loaf is made with 100% wholegrain flour. It's preservative free, a good source of folate, a source of thiamine and high in dietary fibre. Great for sandwiches and toast for smaller households. g) COUNTRY COB LOAF - Product Code : DB-02-CCL (400 g) "A simple European style country bread. Just enough whole wheat to give it some flavor but not so much that it's heavy. I use an overnight starter to give it extra flavor." FOCACCIA - Product Code : DB-02-FCC is an Italian white bread made with wheat flour and yeast. CIABATTA - Product Code : DB-02-CBT is a flat oven-baked Italian bread Directions For Use: To defrost, remove from case and leave in bag at room temperature for approximately 2 hours, or until fully defrosted. Once defrosted, store in a sealed bag, in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Once defrosted use within 3 days in room temperature and 7 days in chiller.

3 FRUIT BREAD Product Code : DB-03-FL FRUIT LOG Breakfast anyone? A traditional loaf packed full of fruit and a dash of mixed spice. Serve toasted with orange juice, coffee or tea. Available pre-sliced. Size : 21 x 8,5 x 6.5 cm Weight : Approx. 475 gr Directions For Use: To defrost, remove from case and leave in bag at room temperature for approximately 2 hours, or until fully defrosted. Once defrosted, store in a sealed bag, in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Once defrosted use within 3 days in room temperature and 7 days in chiller. FRENCH BREAD PART BAKED BAGUETTE Our range of part baked French breads capture all of the flavour and texture of the real thing - crusty on the outside, soft and springy on the inside. Delicious!Just put them in the oven for 8-9 minutes straight from the freezer to recreate that wonderful 'just baked' taste!. Product Code : DB-04-LB Large Baguette Weight : Approx. 290 gr Product Code : DB-04-HB Half Baguette Weight : Approx. 150 gr Directions For Use: Defrost and storage instructions: Keep frozen at - 18 C (0 F). Once defrosted do not refreeze. If product is defrosted prior to use, store refrigerated. Best consumed within 48 hours of defrost. Baking instructions: For best results, bake from frozen. For fan assisted ovens, pre heat oven to 200 C, Gas mark 6. Bake for 8-9 mins or until golden brown. For standard ovens increase bake time by 1 minute. For ovens with steam facility, inject steam for 1st 35 secs of baking. Storage Instructions: Keep frozen at -18 C (0 F). Once defrosted do not re-freeze. SLICED BREAD WHITE BLOCK OR BROWN BLOCK Sliced bread is a loaf of bread which has been pre-sliced and packaged for convenience. It was first sold in 1928, advertised as "the greatest forward step in the baking industry since bread was wrapped. This led to the popular phrase, "the greatest thing since sliced bread". 4 PASTRY TRADITIONAL CROISSANTS A croissant is a buttery flaky pastry, named for its distinctive crescent shape. It is also sometimes called a crescent or crescent roll. Croissants are made of a leavened variant of puff pastry. The yeast dough is layered with butter, rolled and folded several times in succession, then rolled into a sheet, a technique called laminating. 5 PASTRY DANISH Danish pastry is a sweet pastry which has become a speciality of Denmark and the neighbouring Scandinavian countries and is popular throughout the industrialized world, although the form it takes can differ significantly from country to country. They are referred to as facturas in some Spanish speaking countries. 6 ORDERING & DELIVERIES When placing your order, please send the PURCHASE ORDER to us via at with details as follow: 1. Please give your NAME, the NAME of your BUSINESS, then your PHONE NUMBER, and finally your ORDER 2. To avoid the risk of error and disappointment, please use the "exact" product code published in our PRODUCT LIST with the MINIMUM ORDER. 3. Orders must be placed 2 days before at the latest at 5.00pm for WEDNESDAY and SATURDAY deliveries. Also, special ordering times will apply for PUBLIC HOLIDAYS (please check with us - normally a week before). N.B. Orders for the following day will NOT be processed if placed after these deadlines! We strongly recommend you place a minimum "standard order" (which you can add to or reduce at any time) for the days on which you operate as "insurance" against the disastrous impact of you failing to place your order before our ordering deadline. We regret that, due to packaging and transport costs, a minimum of IDR 20,000 charge will apply to orders below IDR 300,000. Delivery Times Between about 7.00 am to 5.00 pm - 2 days in a Week in most areas JABODETABEK We strive to accommodate our customers' requests where possible, however, due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot guarantee delivery times. We can deliver to some city outside JABODETABEK via Carriers Co-Operative. Please contact or us for further details. Box Re-cycling In line with the new Environmental Protection Authority initiatives, Darwin Baker's has been encouraging the recycling of our delivery boxes, or you can return it to us. METHOD OF PAYMENT Normal terms of payment are CASH ON DELIVERY, or, if credit is approved by us, a 7 days account may be arranged, provided that the account is PAID IN FULL on the seventh day.
