Masterpiece London has partnered with Urban Caprice to provide an exceptional cultural, culinary and social experience for the Fair s discerning and distinguished clientele. 6 Entertaining Opportunities Masterpiece London is delighted to be working with event production and catering company Urban Caprice using their portfolio of world-class restaurants and private members clubs as inspiration. The Fair features Le Caprice, The Ivy and The Mount Street Deli giving visitors a choice of world-class eateries. We also have Scott's Seafood & Champagne Bar completing the restaurant collection. Upon receipt of an enquiry, a quote will be provided based on numbers in the party and exact F&B requirements. They offer a wide range of vegetarian, fish and meat dishes and each menu is put together with careful thought as to who will be eating it. Seasonality, the duration and nature of the event, guest numbers and guest profile are taken into account. Cocktail parties, gala dinners, conferences, corporate hospitality, press days and sophisticated dining are all marked in the A to Z of their event-making histories. Urban Caprice produces simply the most extraordinary events with the most luscious food. Accredited by the Soil Association Signature dishes from their restaurants Urban Caprice can recreate the classic menus of the restaurants and clubs in our group, including The Ivy, Le Caprice, J Sheekey, Bam Bou, Daphne s, Scott s, Mark s, George or Harry s Bar. No other catering company can do this. Executive Chef Charle Visser Charle s formative years were heavily influenced by the culinary and vintners' delights of the Cape Winelands near Cape Town, South Africa. Charle s passion for this blossoming world quickly transformed from observer to creator, when he began to work in this industry from a very young age. Charle began working at Pontac Manor Boutique Hotel, where he honed his culinary skills in his first professional role under chef Craig McGeehan. After three years at Pontac Manor, Charle moved to the UK and has since worked at some of the best hotels and restaurants the city has to offer;; The Athenaeum and The Dorchester being the most prestigious of note. It's at these esteemed eateries that Charle had the opportunity to work with Aiden Byrne (youngest chef to ever get a Michelin star), Jocelyn Herland (Allain Ducasse), Mark Hix and Henri Brosi to name but a few. Charle then joined the ranks at Urban Caprice in 2009 with Chefs Iain Graham and Steve Gibbs, and has taken the role of Executive Chef of Urban Caprice under Chef Director Tim Hughes of Caprice Holdings.
