PARKING There are two car parks situated by Videnbyen in Cortex Park, east of the building. Both car parks require registration at Videnbyen, but is free. The widest entrance is located on the north side of the building. Note: There will be signage on the day. Map of the parking possibilities on page 8. LIFTS Videnbyen has two primary lifts: A large lift by the north entrance: H: 200 W: 90 D: 197 Max. 1,000 kilos A smaller lift by the south entrance: H: 200 W: 8 D: 10 Max. 30 kilos Note: Both lifts can fit one regular pallet, but due to depth and width the lift by the north entrance have more room for pallets and strand walls. Remember to pack your pallets as flexible as possible, and nothing larger than a regular pallet. Electricity: It is possible to use 230 V. (earthed) but remember to order this via the webform. Note: Remember to add in the same webform if you need to use more electricity than 230 V.

5 JOB FAIR AREA The foyer: Floor: concrete (Please note: the floor does not tolerate water) Max. height: 21 m. in total Entrance doors: H: 212 x W: 18 The hall: Floor: carpet Height: two floors Entrance doors: H: 200 x W: 200 Note: Floor or wallstickers are not allowed in Videnbyen. Standard equipment in the package: Every stand can order the standard equipment package for free: 1 tall café table and 2 chairs, V. plug and wireless Internet all day. Note: This package must be ordered via the webform on page 3. Stand walls: Stands -18 will have a basic stand wall because of the location. Thre stands will have a back wall and one meter on each side. Corner stands will obviously be open on one side. If you need stand walls we recommend locally based Nim Brandboard. STORAGE A room will be made available where you can store practical objects brought along for setting up your stand, such as boxes and pallet lifters. Note: The space for storage of equipment is limited and the area in question is unattended and unlocked. INTERNET Wi-Fi codes and an Internet guide will be issued upon your arrival.

CATERING Exhibitor catering will take place in The Green Lounge on the ground floor. 08.00-10.00 Breakfast for exhibitors 11.30-13.00 Lunch for exhibitors 1.00-1.00 Coffee and cake for exhibitors Coffee, tea and fruit will be provided for the stands throughout the day.

Note: You may bring food to hand out from your stand, but it is the exhibitors own responsibility to note it in connection with the self-regulation of your business. Please bring the documentation of this on the day. DISMANTLING OF STAND Wednesday 3rd October at hrs Naturally all exhibitors must tidy up after themselves. It is your responsibility to remove all rubbish from your stand. Videnbyen has a waste room on the ground floor. There will be signage on the day. GIVEAWAYS Handing out material may only take place in front of your own stand, unless anoher arrangement has been agreed upon. The green parking space requires registration in Videnbyen s information office when you arrive on 3rd and th October. You need the registration number of the car.

This space is ideal for dropping off material for your stand. Note: If you park for longer than 2 hours, you will get a parking ticket. To get free 12 hour parking use the areas marked with green. The green parking space requires registration in Videnbyen s information office when you arrive on 3rd and th October. You need the registration number of the car.
