2 the spaces Kings Road: The Orchard Room Our private room seats up to 18 & is perfect for small parties, gatherings & meetings. We have a flipchart available for your use & you can play your own music. This room is very popular for baby showers and small weddings. Kings Road: The Garden Our magical garden is renowned as the place to have a party, laden in fairy lights & seating up to 60. The inside-downstairs area can be used for pre-meal drinks or extra seating to increase capacity to 80. We can host standing events in the garden for up to 120. Kings Road: The Whole Restaurant Megan s Kings Road can be hired exclusively for your party. The full capacity is 100 seated or you can use the upstairs area for drinks, with everyone moving to the garden to eat. Parsons Green: The Whole Restaurant Megan s by the Green (Parsons Green) can be hired exclusively. The ceiling is covered in flowers and fairy lights making it very romantic. Full capacity is 60 people seated, and we are unable to host standing events as we do not have storage space for the tables.

3 the spaces Balham: The Whole Restaurant Megan s on the Hill (Balham) can be hired exclusively for either standing or seated events. Seated, the restaurant can take up to 150 people and standing, we expect it can take up to 300. Balham: The Roofed Garden The garden area at Megan s on the Hill (Balham) can fit up to 75 people seated, or up to 140 people standing. There are curtains separating the area from the main restaurant, making it perfect for a private event. Balham: The Flower Room The Flower room is a semi-private dining room that can be curtained off from the main restaurant. The room seats up to 24 people and is not appropriate for standing events due to its shape. Clapham Our new restaurant in Clapham will be open in November and will be available for parties and private events. There will be two dining areas, which both seat up to 65 people or up to 120 standing.

7 the extras Canapes If you would like a standing event then we offer canapes at 20pp. You would choose 5 of the following: mini avo on toast (vg) satay chicken skewers spicy chicken skewers spicy feta crostini (v) falafel & hummus (vg) tapenade crostini (v) goats cheese & caramelised onion crostini (v) GF brownie bites courgette Fritters w/ tsatsiki (v) Extras Corkage: Monday 1 BYO per bottle. Every other day: 19.5 per bottle Cakeage Up to 10 people: : 20 Deposit For private hires we require 25% deposit to confirm your booking. We require full payment of minimum spend before the day by card as we are cashless. If there are any extras, these can be paid for on the night by card. Cancellation The deposit and full payment made before the day are non-refundable if you cancel or do not show up. Timings All daytime hires need to be out by 4pm. All evening bookings commence at 6pm, with our license until 12am at Kings Road and Balham, and 11pm at Parsons Green and Clapham. If you would like to extend your booking there is an extra 500 min spend per hour. You may have half an hour set up time before your booking.
