2 DINING AT MARINE COURT HOTEL ENJOY THE OF CHRISTMAS 2017 We have a festive, fun filled programme at Marine Court Hotel, Bangor for Christmas With a range of events planned, from the ever popular family friendly Santa Sunday Christmas Carvery to our fun filled festive Christmas Party Nights, we have something to suit everyone. Christmas is all about family and we re here to help you celebrate with all your loved ones, young and not so young, with our Santa Sunday Christmas Carvery. We will entertain the kids with face painting, music and presents with a guest appearance from Santa himself!

3 CHRISTMAS 2017 Bookings available on Sunday 10 & Sunday 17 December 2017 from 12noon to 4.00pm Our Christmas party nights are ideal for getting together with colleagues, friends and family. Enjoy our festive 4-course menu from 7.00pm 7.30pm in our ballroom. The party continues until 1.00am with our resident DJ. Bookings available on Friday 8 & Saturday 9 December, Thursday 14, Friday 15 & Saturday 16 December, Thursday 21, Friday 22 & Saturday 23 December Nelson s restaurant offers a festive menu, for both lunch and dinner, from Friday 24 November. Enjoy a glass of Christmas bubbles on arrival followed by a classic 4 course Christmas menu. Enjoy our classic carvery every Sunday throughout December complete with Christmas crackers and cocktail sausages! Mon Sun 12.30pm 3.00pm; 5.00pm 9.30pm Festive cocktails are available in Nelson s Bar throughout December and Calico Jacks will be playing all the Christmas party favourites each weekend. 10 BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS How to book your celebration event: Contact our Christmas Co-Ordinator on or by to for availability and prices Make a reservation by phone, or in person and we can hold a provisional booking for up to 7 days, after which time your booking will be automatically released if your deposit is not received. Confirm your reservation with a non-refundable deposit of per person within 7 days of booking. The deposit can be paid by cash or by credit/debit card. Final confirmation and menu choices for your guests are required no later than 4 weeks prior to your party date. This should be accompanied by payment in full for the numbers confirmed, The small print: All deposits are non-refundable and nontransferable. Please be aware that refunds will be only be issued for cancellations made 48 hours prior to the booking date and time. Unfortunately, we will not issue any refunds on the day of the booking please make all your party aware of the policy to avoid disappointment. Marine Court Hotel reserves the right to offer an alternative facility or date should circumstances beyond our control arise. Bookings for Party Nights are strictly for diners only. Under no circumstances will additional guests be allowed to join any existing group for post dinner entertainment.
