Diwali Santhe (Flea Market) will be organized on 28 Oct (Sun) in RSAOI premises with a variety of stalls for exhibition and sale for the members and their families. The details are as under:- (a) Venue : Cricket Ground, RSAOI (b) Date : 28 Oct 2018 (c) Time : 0930Hrs Hrs (d) Entry : Free for members, Guests Rs 100/- each 2. The event will be org in the cricket ground with Stalls for general items, Gaming Area, Food Stalls and Music. Members may bring their guests. No guest limit. 3. Members and families interested in setting up stalls may register their names at RSAOI office before 26 Oct 18 by paying an entry fee of Rs 2000/- per stall. Members may sponsor out side Rs 2500/- per stall with an undertaking. DIWALI FUNCTION: 03 NOV 2018 (SAT) 1. DIWALI FUNCTION will be organized at RSAOI on 03 Nov 2018 (SAT), since members desire to celebrate the festival on 07 Nov 18 (Wed) at home with their families and friends. 2. Sequence of Events.
