8 Frequently Asked Questions 1. Can I change the existing memorial packages? Substitutions or special requests? Yes - We created these packages based on our existing menu items on our On-The-Go Catering Menu. If you wish to add or substitute another menu item, please let us know and we would be happy to adjust the menu accordingly. If you have any special dietary requests, please contact our catering office at for recommendations. 2. Can I create my own menu if I don't want the preset memorial package? Yes - We love it when our guests can create a menu of their own choosing. Check out our On-The-Go Catering Menu for our full list of options. We have everything from appetizers to sandwiches to desserts, and so much more. Please contact our event planners for assistance in planning the perfect menu and any other recommendations. 3. Do these packages come with supplies, such as plates, napkins, utensils or serve ware? And what about beverage service? Yes - We certainly can add supplies for an additional charge. However most funeral homes and churches, where most services are held, provide this service for you. This includes beverage services too. We do offer a variety of beverage services for an additional charge, but most places do provide that service to you. Please inquire with your funeral director for more information. 4. What if I have questions regarding your menu and services you provide? Do I need an appointment to meet with an event planner? There are a couple different ways to reach us - you can either give our office a call at to speak directly to an event planner and answer any questions you might have or simply place an order over the phone. If you prefer to meet with an event planner in person, we do not require an appointment, but you are more than welcome to if you wish to do so. Our office hours are Monday through Friday (8:00am to 6:00pm), Saturday (9:00am to 4:00pm), Sunday (CLOSED). 5. Where can I find more information on all the menus and services that you provide? You can find all our menus, services, and photos on our website, We have our On-The-Go Catering (delivery/drop-off service) as well as our Full Service Catering (custom menus, chefs on site, service staff, bartending, rentals & more).
