Apart from making use of rural areas for the developments, cavern and reclamation appear to provide alternatives. What will be the respective engineering challenges concerning Hong Kong engineers? It facilitates a timely opportunity for local and overseas professionals/experts in the conference to share their expertise and practical experience in resolving engineering challenges under cavern and reclamation developments with the illustration of well-selected case studies and to facilitate exchange of innovative ideas.
