2 Do any guests have medical problems or allergies that you would like the crew to know about? ITINERARY: Your itinerary is one of the most important elements of your charter. If you are new to the Virgin Islands and want a guided tour, Simply Sailing Charters has created a one week itinerary for you. There will be time to swim, snorkel, and check out the beaches on six different islands during your charter. Are there places in the Virgin Islands that you would like to visit but not listed in the itinerary?. After you are in the Virgin Islands you may change your mind about how you want to spend your days. You may want to stay at one location for two nights and just lounge around. You may choose to get up extra early to get in a morning snorkel at Salt Island or The Dogs. You decide. The crew will do their best to accommodate your pace and schedule. How much sailing experience do you have? CHARTER ACTIVITIES: What kind of activities would you like to experience during your sailing charter? What is your level of interest in the following activities? Learning to sail? Snorkeling? Scuba diving? (Rendezvous only) Hiking? Shopping? Beach bars? Music/Dancing? Fishing? FOOD PREFERENCES: Daily menu is provided on the Simply Sailing Charters Website. Check it out and let us know if you need it modified. All breakfasts, lunches and five dinners are provided. You will dine off the boat two nights. There are local restaurants in most anchorages and it is always fun to try out the local cuisine. Please give additional information regarding dietary requirements. Are there any Vegans or Vegetarians in your party? Are any members of your party gluten intolerant? Does anyone in your party have any strong dislikes? PLEASE BE VERY SPECIFIC ABOUT FOODS, FLAVORS YOU DO NOT LIKE AND OR WOULD PREFER NOT TO EAT. There is limited space for provisioning on the boat and we want to make sure that boat is stocked with foods you will enjoy. MENU Simply Sailing Charters provides an assortment of delicious foods with fresh produce and high quality meats. We provide a healthy menu with some indulgences because after all, you are on Vacation! Breakfast: Please tell us what kinds of beverages you prefer at breakfast time. Coffee? Tea? Juices? Do you prefer a lighter meal like a continental breakfast in the morning or do you prefer a more traditional breakfast?

4 Lunches: The noon meal will consist mainly of cold foods such as salads and sandwiches. Do you have preferences regarding meats, cheeses, salad dressings? Dinners: Dinners will be preceded by a tasty appetizer. For dinner we may grill up fish, chicken, strip steak, pork chops. Mexican, Italian, Asian, East Indian and of course American cuisine can be found during lunch and evening meals. Dinner will be followed by a light desert. Snacks: Snacks are available any time you get the craving. Please let us know if you have snack preferences such as nuts, chips, fruit, and cookies: Menus may be modified to accommodate food preferences and availability in the area. Beverages: Simply Sailing Charters will provide an assortment of beverages. There is a water maker on board that provides drinking water. If you prefer store bought water, let us know. We offer a selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. What will you want to drink on your charter? Alcohol (mid-shelf): Non-alcohol including mixers, soft drinks, etc.: Remember, there is limited storage space on the boat. If needed we can always stop to purchase more provisions along the way during your sailing charter.

5 RISK MANAGEMENT: Please drink responsibly. The crew reserves the right to disembark any guest whose behavior is deemed hostile and/or dangerous to themselves or others. The fee for charter will not be refunded if a guest is asked disembark based on his/her dangerous/potentially dangerous acts. Currency: All of the Islands accept US Dollars. Some of the larger stores and restaurants will take VISA and Mastercard as well. ATM s are available in larger cities. Communications: AT&T and T-Mobile (not Verizon or Sprint) provide free coverage in the USVI and will roam in most areas of the British Virgin Islands. T-Mobile charges $15.00/mo for.20 a minute in roaming fees and free text messages. You can buy an inexpensive local prepaid phone as well. Check with your local wireless service to see what your options are. We have WIFI on the boat in the US Virgin Islands and most bars/restaurants in the BVI offer free wifi. The boat has VHF radio for local emergency communication at all times. Gratuities: 15% gratuity is very much appreciated.
