1 IT S PARTY TIME! Once Upon A Time was established in January 2013 the business has grown from strength to strength, its not just soft play we want to make it much more than that, we have designed a space that suits both younger ones and older ones! While your children and children s friends enjoy the wide range of entertainment why don t you entertain your friends at your son or daughters birthday party? After all a party is for celebrating the more the merrier!

2 WHAT DOES THE PARTY INCLUDE? Our award winning café and soft play area closes to the public on Saturday afternoons, meaning you have the café to yourself and the kids have full use of the soft play area for a whole 2 hours. On the day On the day of your party you are welcome to arrive 15 minutes before the party commences to set up any tables with balloons or anything else you may have to set out. Once your guests start to arrive, our staff will start to get busy in the kitchen preparing the food. You don t have to worry about cleaning down after the party, leave that all to us. Just make sure you bring plenty of bags to make sure you can get those all- important prezzies home! If you do wish to put up a banner, please make sure you bring blu- tac with you and only stick it on our mirrors (not our painted walls). Soft Play Area The soft play area is for children aged 5 and under. Children over the age of 5 are welcome to be present at the party, however will not be able to use our play equipment. With our team of first- aid trained staff, you don t have to worry too much about your children s friends we do that for you! The soft play cafe is closed to all other children apart from those attending the party, making sure the kids have full roam of the play area. All we ask is for shoes to be removed beforehand! We also provide music for the entirety of the party, from kid s pop classics to children s TV theme tunes. Food Included in the price, we provide a children s buffet as listed below. This also includes unlimited squash and water that is made available right through to ensure everyone is well hydrated! At an extra cost we can provide food for the adults, also listed below. The adult s food is served from the start of the party to ensure time for the adults to tuck in before the kids do! We tend to serve the children s food approximately an hour into the party to allow kids to work up an appetite. Please make us aware of any allergies and dietary requirements when booking. The café must be vacated promptly at the end of your party. Please note although the café is closed to the public whilst your party is taking place, our hair salon, Snippety Do Dahs may remain open to the public, therefore you may find people walking via the café to attend their appointments upstairs.

Just pop into the café to collect. TABLEWARE We can provide themed partyware every theme you can imagine, just ask. Prices start from 1.50 per child. (Prices are based on Cups, Plates, Tablecovers & Napkins) GLITTER TATTOOS Add some sparkle to your party with glitter tattoos. Great for girls, boys and even grown- ups! Kids love choosing from the amazing stencils and sparkling colours! The tattoos are waterproof and if taken care of can last up to 7 days. They are easy to remove with baby oil or any oil based lotion.
