Cancellation on the day of the event will be charged 100% of total bill TERMS AND CONDITIONS All quoted prices are inclusive of government tax and service charge Confirmation letter is to be signed when the deposit payment is made, or at least 7 (seven) days prior to the date of the event Shall the number of event participants increased or decreased without prior notice, final charge will be applied based on guaranteed or actual attendance, whichever is greater Food menu may subject to availability of ingredients, unforeseen seasonal demand and market fluctuation If the event used electrical items, such as Sound System, Spot Light, LCD, Projector, etc., there will be an additional charge for electricity IDR 1,500,000 net for the whole area. The payment should be settled by cash or bank transfer only Any additional charges occurred during the event should be settled directly after the event During decoration, any damage due to construction work, set-up and dismantling work in any parts of the restaurants or its property will be borne by the client Decorations should follow the guidelines from MAMAIN team
