2 JOHN LEGEND AT BIMBADGEN GAZEBO LOUNGE AND BAR PACKAGE Thank you for booking a Gazebo Lounge and Bar package at Bimbadgen on Saturday 6th December 2014 to enjoy John Legend with special guests Megan Washington and Dami Im. This package includes a serviced bar and communal dining area in a deluxe marquee at the perimeter of the venue and a reserved seat within the Bimbadgen amphitheatre.

4 Arrival at Bimbadgen: Please aim to arrive at the venue by 3:30pm for a 4:00pm commencement. If you wish to park in the Gazebo Lounge and Bar Carpark, you must display the Carpark ticket (page 8) on your dashboard. If travelling by coach or getting dropped off you will be required to walk from the drop-off area and enter the venue through the Gazebo Lounge and Bar Entry Gate. Please note, the Gazebo Lounge and Bar Entry Gate is located beside Entry 2 and highlighted on the Bimbadgen Site Map on page 7. Present your Ticketmaster ticket at the Gazebo Lounge and Bar Entry Gate and make your way to the Gazebo. At the Gazebo entrance, you will be issued a wristband. You must wear your wristband at all times to access and obtain complimentary service in this area. The dress code in the Gazebo is neat casual and sensible shoes are recommended. Please retain your Ticketmaster ticket as you will need to show the ushers when you move to your reserved seat to watch the concert.

FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE: Enjoy an all-day grazing menu within the Gazebo, with a selection of antipasto items followed by 2 hour carvery buffet dinner service, all catered by the award-winning Esca

This service is accompanied with a 3 hour beverage package serving Bimbadgen wines, beer and soft drinks, available from 4.00pm to 7.00pm. After 7.

A selection of sweets and petit fours will also be served to complete your meal. This service is accompanied with a 3 hour beverage package serving Bimbadgen wines, beer and soft drinks, available from 4.00pm to 7.00pm. After 7.00pm, the Gazebo will continue to sell beer and wine by the glass from within this private space for the convenience of guests. All bar service will cease at 8.45pm*, in-line with all bars on the concert grounds closing. Please note there are limited Eftpos facilities on site we advise bringing sufficient cash with you for bar service after 7.00pm. Seating within the Gazebo for dining will be at shared, communal tables provided please note tables are not allocated to ticket numbers within this area. Your luxury Gazebo overlooks lush Hunter Valley vineyards across to the Barrington Ranges on the horizon; however this marquee does not have direct view of the stage. Each ticket has an allocated seat in the reserved seating area to view the performances see seating chart on the following page. Our Gazebo MC will keep you up to date with the day s proceedings, from welcome to goodnight. The Gazebo is situated away from the stage and is there for your dining comfort and as an exclusive, private retreat for the day. *Subject to change in accordance with the promoter of the event.
