AT BIMBADGEN CONCERT & DINING PACKAGE Thank you for booking a Concert & Dining package at Bimbadgen on Saturday 8th October to enjoy Meatloaf with openers The Choirboys and special guest to be confirmed. This package includes a serviced bar and dining area in a deluxe marquee at the perimeter of the venue and a reserved seat within the Bimbadgen amphitheatre.

3 Arrival: Please aim to arrive at the venue by 2.15pm for a 2.30pm commencement. If you wish to park in the Concert & Dining Car Park, you must display the Car Park ticket (page 7) on your dashboard. If travelling by coach or getting dropped off you will be required to walk from the drop-off area and enter the venue through the Concert & Dining Entry Gate. Please note, the Concert & Dining Entry Gate is located beside Entry 2 and highlighted on the Bimbadgen Site Map on page 6. Present your Ticketmaster ticket at the Concert & Dining entry gate and make your way to the Concert & Dining marquee. At the marquee entrance, you will be issued a wristband. You must wear your wristband at all times to access and obtain complimentary service in this area. The dress code in the marquee is neat casual. Please retain your Ticketmaster ticket as you will need to show the ushers when you move to your reserved seat to watch the concert. Food & Beverage Service: Your three course dining & beverage package will commence with an hour of canapés and Bimbadgen Sparkling wine served from 2.30pm. Your dining will be catered for by the award winning Esca Bimbadgen restaurant and will be accompanied by a selection of premium Bimbadgen wines, premium beer and soft drinks. This beverage package will cease at 7.30pm* where bars will close this is in-line with all bars onsite closing. Seating at shared tables (of 10) will be booked to ensure the comfort of all guests in the marquee.
