The venue is located only meters from the trackside, down the home straight. 2 ENTRANCE TO THE RACECOURSE: Tickets will be posted to you prior to the race day to distribute to guests. Each ticket has its own barcode which will be scanned at the gate to allow entry. For a list of Terms & Conditions please refer to our website ENTRANCE TO THE CORPORATE TRACKSIDE PAVILION: Once tickets are scanned at the entrance guests will receive a wristband from gate staff. Entrance to the Trackside Corporate Pavilion is restricted to people wearing the wristband and will be strictly controlled by on-course security personnel. ACCESS TO YOUR MARQUEE: Should you wish to decorate your tables please check with the Office for approval of decorations. Access to the Pavilion to set up any decorations will be available between 8.00 am am on the day. ON-COURSE SECURITY: Whilst the Club provides on-course track security we highly recommend that NO valuables are left on-site. The Club does not accept responsibility for any loss incurred during the Carnival. SMOKING: In compliance with Queensland Law, smoking is not allowed in licensed areas of the Cannon Park Racecourse. Suitable designated areas for smoking will be provided outside the confines of the licensed area. Penalties apply regarding breach of the legislation. There will be a designated Outdoor Smoking Area provided. RACE BOOKS Ensure your guests do not miss a winner by providing race books at a cost of 5.00 each.
