3 Room Max No s Cocktail Service Sit down Buffet Theatre Heritage West Room Cocktail Bar N/A Lower Terrace N/A Gaming Lounge N/A N/A N/A The West Room The West Room is situated on the upper level of the new building, adjacent to the bistro and accommodates sit down dinners or luncheons, banquette style, theatre style and cocktail party. Both set and cocktail menus can be catered for in The West Room. Alternatively, meals can be ordered from the A La Carte bistro menu. Please note that DJs and live music are not available in this room as it is part of our main bistro. -Room Hire is $200. The Cocktail Lounge The Cocktail Lounge at The Wheelers Hill Hotel is located within the main bistro area it is perfect for a less formal cocktail gathering. Full bar facilities are available in this area. The Cocktail lounge is available for hire any time of the day, or for evening functions. Please note that, DJs and live music are not available in this area. No microphones can be used during bistro hours. -Room hire is $100. The Lower Terrace The Lower Terrace at The Wheelers Hill Hotel is also located within the main bistro area it is perfect for a less formal cocktail gathering. Full bar facilities are available but are not in the same area. The Lower Terrace is available for hire any time of the day, or for evening functions. Please note that, DJs and live music are not available in this area. -Room hire is $300. The Gaming Lounge The Gaming Lounge is located downstairs, it is perfect for a less formal cocktail gathering. Full bar facilities are available but are not in the same area. Please note that, DJs, live music and microphone are not available in this area. -Room hire is $100. The Heritage Bar The Heritage Bar is located on the upper floor of the original, heritage listed hotel. Perfect work gatherings and conferences. The Heritage Bar is fantastic for hosting cocktail parties for intimate groups of 70 or gatherings up to 400 people, formal sit down dinners up to 120. This room contains a fully serviced bar, dance floor and balcony. This room is only available at limited times please check with our staff about availability. -Room Hire is $300.
4 Beverage Options Option 1 Bar Tab Tailored to your specific needs, a bar tab allows you the luxury of keeping an eye on your expenditure. Subsidised drinks can also be catered for. Option 2 Drinks on Consumption Guests purchase their own drinks throughout the event. Option 3 Drink Package (only available with a 2 or 3 course meal) Package is for 4hrs and includes: Tapped House Beer, House Wine (red & white) & Soft Drink. - $45.50pp Tapped House Beer, House Wine (red & white), House Sparkling & Soft Drink. - $47.50pp Tapped Craft Beer*, Red & White Wine, Sparkling & Soft Drink. - $65.00pp (*taken from a selected range) Additional Information & Options Tea & Coffee Station A self-serve tea & coffee station can be arranged for your guests. This includes a selection of herbal teas, and coffee charged at $50 ½ day or $100 full day. Cake Cutting & Serving Cake cut & served with side of cream: $2.50pp Cake cut & served on a platter with napkin: $1pp Entertainment Feel free to ask our function coordinator for any AV and audio requirements you might need. In-house background music is available free of charge. Minimum Requirements All functions must be a minimum of 30 guests catered for, or alternately must supply food up to 75% over and above the minimum requirement. Function Running Times All function rooms have different time availability. Please feel free to ask our function coordinator about your requested event times

Please remember these platters are snack foods and are not considered a main meal. Full prices are available once a selection is made. A basic menu selection of 2 courses start from $40 per person with a minimum of 40 guests is required. 7 Terms & Conditions Consumption: No food or beverages of any kind will be permitted to be brought into the Hotel for consumption at the function by the client or any other guest s. Birthday cake may be permitted upon approval by the function manager. Cakes can also be purchased from the Hotel. Compliance & Responsible Service of Alcohol: Clients are expected to conduct their function in an orderly manner in full compliance with the Hotel Management and with all applicable laws. Management reserves the right to intervene where it seems fit and will exercise its right to refuse entry. We practice Responsible Service of Alcohol at all times and reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to any persons. Bar services as well as music will cease 30minutes before end of function Minors: As part of our Hotel license, minors are only permitted in certain areas of the venue. All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A minor is defined by law as any person under the age of eighteen (18) years of age. You must advise management if any minors are going to attend your function. Management reserves the right to impose additional conditions in relation to minors, including the times & areas a minor can attend. Prices: Prices will be confirmed with final details. Every endeavour is made to maintain prices as printed but they are subject to change without notice due to any changes in or composition of government charges, taxes, levies or any other service charges. Entertainment: The Wheelers Hill Hotel can supply the services of a DJ for $500 for 5 hour duration (Heritage Bar Only). Additional time will incur a fee of $70 per hour. All other entertainment is subject to approval by the management at The Wheelers Hill Hotel. Entertainment bookings made outside of the venue will not be permitted to use any of the venues equipment and are required to bring their own supplies. If own entertainment is booked outside of the venue they will be expected to exit the premises at the end of the function. Extra time packing up will incur financial penalties. Music services as well as bar services will cease 30minutes before end of any function. Security: Upon discretion of management extra security may be required at an additional cost of $50 per hour for a minimum of 5 hours (Heritage Bar Only). Where the function manager seems fit, functions will be required to have a security guard present through the duration of the function. The venue has the right to refuse entry or service & remove from the premises any person deemed to be behaving in an improper, abusive disorderly or anti-social manner.. Decorations / Signage: A detailed list of all decorations must be given to the functions manager for approval prior to the function. Under no circumstances are items to be nailed, screwed, stapled or adhered to walls, doors or any other surfaces in any way unless approval by the functions manager. Glitter is not permitted. Tentative Booking: Unfortunately due to the popularity of our function facilities, tentative bookings are not held at the hotel. We will attempt to contact you should a new enquiry be made for the same date. However, we strongly encourage you to confirm your booking with a deposit to allow for security of the date and the facilities. Confirmation / Deposit: Confirmation of a booking must be made with a financial deposit. A deposit (amount to be determined by the function manager) can be made in cash, bankcard, mastercard, visa, AMEX, diners. Unfortunately we do not accept cheques. Venue manager reserves the right to book another function in the same area up to one (1) hour before and after the scheduled function commencement and department time. Payment: Food payment is required no later than 2 weeks before the function and final bar tab payment can be made on the night. The Hotel accepts cash, bankcard, mastercard, visa, AMEX and diners. Bar tabs can be paid on the night Guaranteed Numbers: A guaranteed number of guests attending the function are required two weeks prior to the event. As the hotel orders produce in specifically for your event any decrease in numbers within this period will be charged at full price. Should numbers increase within this period please speak with the function manager to ensure we can facilitate this. Final Details: To ensure your requirements are met it is necessary to receive details of your function schedule and menu selections at least fourteen (14) days prior to your function. Cancellations: In the event of the confirmed function not taking place, full reimbursement of the deposit will be given, provided written notice is given twenty eight (28) days prior to the function commencement date. Cancellation with less than twenty eight (28) days will incur a loss of the deposit made. If we believe any function/event will affect the smooth running of our business, security, the venues reputation or if there is an inability to comply with any of the provisions of this contract, management reserves the right to cancel any booking or refund any deposit at its discretion without notice or liability. Damages: Clients are liable for any damages whether through their own actions or through the actions of their guests. Minimum Requests:. All functions held must purchase food with a minimum of appropriate guests for the requested function space. Responsibility: The Hotel will not accept any responsibility for damages or loss of merchandise left in the Hotel prior, during or after the function. Clients should arrange their own insurance I acknowledge having read a copy of the general terms & conditions.
