1 HORORATA HIGHLAND GAMES 2015 HOSPITALITY OPTIONS The Hororata Highland Games is the biggest Scottish Festival in the South Island but you don t have to be Scottish to enjoy it! The heart of this event is the Highland competitions which see over 300 competitors take part. Surrounding the competitions is a fun filled festival that will entertain and delight the entire family. Join us on the 7th of November 2015 as we celebrate the events fifth birthday. Social Club Shared designated picnic area The Hororata Highland Games offers the perfect outing for your social club, sports team or even an extended family gathering. This designated area gives the perfect opportunity for your group to enjoy a day out together with no hassle or fuss about catering. Simply set up your picnic rug or chair and soak in the festival atmosphere. Adults - $35.00 pp Children - $20.00 pp (5 12 yrs) Includes a selection of Scottish Baps filled with: Pulled lamb shoulder braised in Libertine Black Ale Chicken roasted in heather honey & thyme, or Vegetarian filled with a falafel pattie, onion marmalade & fresh slaw For the children a Jumbo BBQ sausage in a Po Boy bun with caramelized onion & choice of mustards and sauces. All cooked on Stu Smokin BBQ. Gluten free Baps will be available with either the meat or vegetarian options. Package includes Hororata Highland Games entry ticket and non-alcoholic drinks. Also included is free entry to the Duncan Cotterill Highland Challenge competition valued at $ (six people per team). Bring along your own rug and picnic chairs.

2 Corporate Hospitality Options Enjoy the atmosphere of the Hororata Highland Games with your staff or clients from the comfort of your own furnished designated marquee area which adjoins a joint court yard in the exclusive corporate area. Select from menu options below. Casual Corporate (Minimum 20 people) Adults - $70.00 pp Children - $25.00 pp (5 12 yrs) This casual lunch includes: Delicious cut point sandwiches with a variety of fillings Gourmet savouries including beef, chicken & vegetarian options with tomato sauce A selection of assorted wraps with beef, watercress & horseradish Vegetarian and gluten free options will be available. To follow the above we are offering a cake & slice selection and fresh fruit platter. Lipton tea selection & filter coffee for self-service available throughout the day. Package includes Hororata Highland Games entry ticket, non-alcoholic drinks and complimentary entry to the Duncan Cotterill Highland Challenge competition (six people per team). Robbies will be operating a fully licensed bar in the corporate area and bar tabs can be arranged if required.

Relax in the Tartan Club marquee, enjoy quality food throughout the day and experience the Hororata Highland Games VIP style. In the Tartan Club you will have the opportunity to mingle with the Hororata Community Trust Patron s, the VIP Chieftain and key corporate guests. Adults - $ pp or $ for table of ten Children - $50.00 pp (5-12 yrs) The day starts with a delicious morning tea with Chefs Scone selection sweet & savoury scones served with butter, strawberry & black currant conserves.
