12 EVENT TIME OVER 90 MINUTES For any additional 30 minutes, extra-fee will be charged depending on the selected beverage package. EXTRA CHARGE IF YOU BRING YOUR OWN FOOD - Cold food (already brought on trays) per person CHF Hot food (heated by yourself) per person CHF 4.- The additional costs for your own food include set up of buffet with napkins and paper towels. For the hot food, we put at your disposal chafing-dish with the recipient (one per chafing-dish). For any additional equipment you would need, please feel free to contact us. 12

13 TERMS & CONDITIONS TERMS & CONDITIONS CONFIRMATION AND CANCELLATION All the food and beverage services are produced and provided for at least 25 people. Orders and number of guests must be confirmed at least 48 working hours before the event. Your final invoice will be issued upon this confirmation. In case of a shorter deadline (less than 48 h) extra charges could be applied. Please let us have the following details every time you make an order: - last name, first name and telephone number of the reference person ; - place and time of the event ; - means of payment. Please let us know if any modification maximum 48 working hours before the event. After this date, we will consider the signed contract for the event. PRICE All our prices are in Swiss francs, included VAT. Prices include the service provided by our staff as well as the reserved area. INVOICING To prepare your invoice, we kindly request you to provide us the following information when booking: - purchase order number (if necessary); - contact details of different payers (if applicable); - name of your event. 13

14 TERMS & CONDITIONS SPONSORING If you expect contributions from sponsors towards payment of your events, you need to inform us about it before we prepare your invoice. We would like to avoid any complications with accounting. As organizer, you remain responsible for the invoicing of your events. Eldora SA reserves the right to ask the organiser directly to pay the event. The organiser will be reimbursed later by his sponsor-s.
