These 8 to 12 oz. globe-shaped fruit grow on highly disease-resistant plants, having no cracking, and offer great, old-fashioned flavor. Wonderful as a sandwich tomato. Disease Resistant - VFFT 76 Day - Mid Season 76 Days Better Boy Beefsteak - Old time favorite. Tasty, red tomatoes, many weighing up to 1 lb. each. Delicious, bright red, high yielding fruits, starting in midseason and continuing to frost. Good foliage protection prevents fruit from sunscald. Thrives in most climates. Plants need to be staked or caged. 72 Days- Mid Season 72 Days Bloody Butcher Slicing - Sensational general use fruits with a rich heirloom flavor and a dark deep red color, inside and out. If it's hard for you to wait for ordinary tomatoes to ripen, try these. In less than 8 weeks, they're ready to enjoy. Plants will yield five to nine 3-4 oz. fruits per cluster. Plants require staking and will produce until frost. 55 Days - Early Season Boxcar Willie Beefsteak - What this variety offers is a very heavy crop of good-sized, smooth red tomatoes with delicious flavor, ranging from 6 to 10 ounces. Because of their abundance and medium to large size, they could well be a mainstay of your crop, providing excellent tasting fruit for a variety of uses including canning, sauce and salads, throughout a long season. 80 Days
2 Clint Eastwood s Rowdy Red Beefsteak - Big tomato flavor wrapped up in a 6 to 10 ounces, medium-sized round, red tomato is what this variety is all about. Tall, vigorous plants grow very plentiful harvests of these versatile and attractive fruits with an assertive yet delicious taste. Even beginning gardeners will find this one easy to grow. 78 Days - Mid Season Crimson Carmello Renee s Garden Seeds Slicing - Bred in France especially for fresh eating. These plump 4 to 5 inch tomatoes will satisfy all your tomato fantasies. The round red juicy fruits have the perfect sweet to acid balance that translates to exquisite taste. Fusarium, Verticilium, Nematode and TMV resistant 70 Days - Early Season EARLY GIRL Slicing - Comes in first as an early spring slicing tomato and a gardeners favorite. Dependable large harvests all season long of flavorful, solid 4 to 6 oz. fruit. Disease resistance is good. A proven variety for delicious, early tomatoes. Excellent performance in almost any climate. - VFF 52 Days Early Season RUTGERS 250 Rohrer Seeds Slicing - An improved version of the classic Rutgers tomato which is what most people think of as the Jersey tomato. Fruit has good red color, fine flavor; large, globular, slightly flattened fruits weigh 6 1/2 to 7 1/2 ounces. This new variety has a firmer skin and acid and sugar balance reminiscent of the original Rutgers tomato. 74 Days - Mid Season Unusual Colors Tomato Varieties Plant & Fruit Descriptions / / BLACK BEAUTY Wild Boar Farm Seeds Slicing - World s Darkest Tomato- A dark, meaty, very richfleshed tomato with extreme anthocyanin expression (same antioxidant in blueberries and blackberries). So dark that some tomatoes turn solid blue-black on the skin. Deep red flesh is among the best tasting of all tomatoes. Rich, smooth and savory with earthy tones. Hangs well on the vine and stores very well, and the flavor improves with room-temperature storage.
3 BLACK KRIM Beefsteak - Russian. Black Krim combines bold, smoky flavor and good texture with an unusual appearance. Deep brown/red, 8-16 oz. tomatoes have brown/green shoulders that get darker with more heat and sunlight. High yielding. Rare Seeds CHEROKEE PURPLE Beefsteak - Unusual variety with full flavor. Famously rich flavor and texture make this a colorful favorite among heirloom enthusiasts. Medium-large, flattened globe, 8-12 oz. fruits. Color is dusky pink with dark shoulders. Multilocular interior ranges from purple to brown to green. Relatively short vines. 72 Days - Mid Season Johnny Seeds CHOCOLATE STRIPES David s Garden Seeds GREEN ZEBRA Slicing - A beautiful true show stopper, Chocolate Stripes Tomatoes feature mahogany colored flesh with olive green striping. Plants need to be staked or caged. Slicing - Uniquely green with gold-striped salad specialty. A delicious, tangy salad tomato, ripe just as the green fruit develops a yellow blush, accentuating the darker green stripes. The 3 to 4 ounce fruits are the ideal size for slicing into wedges for salads. Productive over a long season. 72 Days - Mid Season David s Garden Seeds JAUNE FLAMME Seeds KELLOGG S BREAKFAST Slicing - This beautiful and especially flavorful heirloom comes to us from France. A perfect, fruity blend of sweet and tart, Jaune Flamme (or Yellow Flame in French) excels, whether dried or roasted, the slices retaining their deep orange color. GLADIATOR Sauce - Gigantic Gladiator is the hands-down champion in the arena of Roma tomatoes. With an unbeatable armor of vigor, flavor, aroma and yield, it bears a bounty of oval 8 oz. fruit on the patio or in a small garden. Strong roots conquer enemies such as blossom end rot. It has dense flesh and a tangy flavor that makes Gladiator victorious for imparting rich, robust flavor to paste, sauces, soups, salsa, or ketchup. 72 Days - Early Season
5 P PATIO PASTE Sauce - Bold, full flavor with dense flesh and few seeds. Cook's Garden Favorite. 'Patio Paste' tomatoes work magic in the kitchen: transforming sauces, stews and soups.
