They are like no other almond on the market and are iconic of our brand. We source our almonds from a small grower in Angle Vale called Ruggiero. We roll these almonds in a blend of Spanish paprika and kiln-dried salt, smoke them over a mix of herbs, spices and sugar and carefully dry them in the oven. This process takes 24 hours.
