As you descend you feel yourself leaving the modern world behind and entering a simpler, more elegant era. The atmosphere is that of the best kind of private club, with vintage chesterfields, port barrels and brass deer twinkling in the candlelight. A gorgeous wine library filled with cellared treasures lines one side of the bar behind the communal wooden tables where bottles are enjoyed and stories are shared. The extensive wine list is completely unique within Brisbane, featuring iconic Australian wines, impossible-to-find vintages and small-batch boutique gems, along with carefully selected imported wines from the world s classic wine regions. From small private celebrations through to large corporate function, Grape Therapy is the perfect space to make your next event truly unforgettable. 2 Venue Hire Options Our venue comprises two distinct areas, which can be hired individually or together for full exclusive venue hire. Lounge The lounge is our more casual space, complete with four comfortable chesterfield sofas. It is perfect for stand-up events, small group gettogethers, and as a more casual break out area when the cellar is also being used. Hiring fees: Monday Thursday : $2000 minimum spend Friday Saturday : $2500 minimum spend Sunday : $3500 Cellar Our famous wine wall is the backdrop to this lovely space, with the long tables making it the perfect spot to share a hand-selected bottle and a charcuterie platter with friends or colleagues. A projector and screen can be made available to turn the area into a unique meeting space. Hiring fees: Monday Thursday : $1800 minimum spend Friday Saturday : $2250 Sunday : $3250

Here at Grape Therapy we do not charge venue hire fees, however we do ask for a minimum spend for all exclusive bookings for the full venue. 4 Drinks Packages Keep control of your function or event budget with our great value premium drinks packages. Your bar offering will include wine, beer/cider, soft drinks and even spirits it doesn t get much easier than that! Our drinks packages work on an hourly basis, and can be organised for a fixed period of time, or for the full duration of the event at your discretion. 6 Dining Although we do not have a kitchen we can offer a range of dining options to meet every occasion and style. Board Per Head Option 1: Antipasto Artisan cheese and freshly sliced charcuterie boards, put together by our highly trained team. The perfect accompaniment to any bottle of wine. Prices per head are detailed here. Option 2 : Rustic Italian We offer you the opportunity to BYO Italian food from our neighbouring restaurant, Ciccios.. Think rustic tapas style share plates and a range of mouth-watering pizzas we can assist you to put together the perfect selection for your event. Cheese $15 Charcuterie $15 Cheese & Charcuterie $25 Option 3: Feasting For when only the very best will do. We will work with you and our catering partners to put together an individually tailored 3 course menu for your group that perfectly matches your wine selection. Menus can be tailored to meet your budgets.

7 Wine Tasting Options We are renowned for delivering Brisbane s best wine tastings! We have a large range of themes and styles of tastings on offer, and are also happy to organise bespoke versions as required. The style can be as casual or as formal, as fun or as educational as you like. Please see our tasting brochure for further information. Our tastings run for a duration of 90 minutes and feature 6 boutique wines, all hosted by one of our resident wine experts. However, timings and format can be altered to fit your event - we don t believe that one size fits all! See below for our guide to pricing by tasting level. Silver - $40/head A fun style suitable for all. Pick a theme or let us surprise you. Designed to introduce our guests to new styles and varietals, and give greater confidence in understanding and selecting wines. Gold - $60/head Here we take it up a level to really get under the skin of your chosen theme. Tasting prestige boutique wines, this is the perfect tasting for groups wanting to develop their passion for wine. Platinum - $100/head No holds barred here. This is every wine lover s ultimate dream rare vintages and top drawer wines guaranteed to impress. Every tasting is entirely unique, depending on what special bottles we have available in the cellar (and the tastes of our group of course!). Please note that as the venue only opens at 4pm we may not be available by telephone. If you are able to contact us by /online we will be in touch within 24 hours and will be happy to arrange a call at a suitable time. All functions must be finished by midnight for licensing reasons. A 50% deposit of the total minimum spend will be made on the card; it is used as a security to confirm your booking, and will be credited towards your final bill. The payment of all Food & Beverages are to be settled on the day / night of your function unless prior arrangement has been made with the Venue for an alternative method of payment. Confirmation of guests & final details for your function is required a minimum of 72 hours prior. Grape Therapy reserves the right to charge you for the final number of guests confirmed unless sufficient notice has been provided that your party size has gone down. Upon cancellation a fee of 50% may be charged if less than 72 hours notice is given. Surcharge - An 8% Gratuity will be added to all group 10ppl and above. A 10 % Surcharge will apply on Sundays. Credit Cards a 1.5% credit card surcharge applies on all card payments. All prices are inclusive of GST. Menu & Beverage Information Set Menus and Packages are compulsory for all groups of 10 or more guests Beverage Packages are for a minimum of 10 guests.

10 Please advise us of any guests with dietary requirements or allergies, we will customise their meals as best we can. Changes to the menu - Please note that our set menus are subject to regular changes due to seasonal variations. Conduct of Event: Guests between the ages of 18 years old and 21 years old should carry photo identification on them at all times. The client shall conduct the event in an orderly manner compliant with the rules of the venue and in accordance with all applicable laws. Smoking is not permitted in the venue. The client is liable for the actions of their invitee s and any damages or losses incurred. Any costs will be invoiced directly. Venue rights: The venue does not assume responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to any property belonging to the client, client s guests or invitees. The venue reserves the right to exclude or remove any undesirable persons from the event or the venue premises without liability. The venue also reserves the right to cancel the booking if: The venue or any part of it is closed due to circumstances beyond the restaurant s control The client becomes insolvent, bankrupt or enters into liquidation or receivership The event may prejudice the reputation of the venue The deposit (where applicable) has not been paid by the due date Responsible Service of Alcohol Grape Therapy s Management and Employees will at all times be bound to state licensing laws and the responsible service of alcohol act.
